通过分析学生考试作弊的心理过程,我们发现大学生英语过级考试作弊的直接原因是不会答题。
而他们作弊的直接和具体的心理大致分为以下几种。
1.1学生的过级心理
一些学生平时没有努力学习或者是基础较差,临近考试,害怕英语四、六级考试达不到相应的分数,影响今后的就业,甚至有些学校不成文的规定英语四、六级考试的成绩与毕业证、学位证挂钩。
尽管现在开始改革英语四、六级考试计分体制和成绩报导方式,为改变以简单的考试通过率来评价教学或学生能力的现状,

1.3侥幸心理

但往往有部分学生抱着侥幸的心理,掩耳盗铃,自认为作弊手段高明,希望能够侥幸过关。

所谓的从众是指个人由于团体的压力,而在知觉、判断和动作等方面做出与众人趋于一致的行为。
即当一个人活动的动机来自“别人都这样做”时,他的行为就是从众行为。

2.1加强监考工作
学生考试最大心理障碍就是害怕被监考老师发现,在考试作弊中伴随着恐惧的感觉。
因此针对学生这一心理特点,加强监考工作,基本上可以杜绝或减少学生作弊行为。
当监考老师要求严格时,考场秩序好,作弊人数少或没有;反之,考场秩序混乱,作弊人数增多。
对监考老师的培训也非常重要,在英语四、六级考试中还
存在一些这样的现象,某某同学托熟人提前与学校相关监考人员打招呼,找关系。
这种漏洞的存在为同学们考试作弊提供了滋生环境,我们也必须加大对监考人员的培训和管理。
2.2加强对学生的思想政治教育工作,建立大学生诚信档案我们还可以在新生入学建立档案时给每位学生建立一份大学生“诚信档案”,提醒大家在大学阶段的学习生活中严格要求自己,努力做一名诚实守信的大学生,以适应现代社会对人才的需求。
引导、教育我们的学生知荣辱,明是非,有利于学生树立正确的人生观、价值观、世界观。
规范学生的行为,及时修正学生的错误,为学生诚信品质的形成创建平台。
为用人单位提供可靠信息,保证社会经济的健康、快速发展,有利于和谐社会的创建。
2.3按照学习成绩和在校表现优先推荐品学兼优的学生到就业单位
毕业生就业,现在都是毕业生和用人单位进行双向选择,对于来学校挑选学生的用人单位,我们要优先推荐品学兼优的学生,这样才能调动同学们在平时学习中的积极性,提高大家学习的兴趣。
2.4引进竞争机制,实行淘汰制
“船到桥头自然直”,不少学生进了大学以后就放松对自己学习的要求,只求“60”分万岁!不少学生认为只要能够混毕业,就能找到好的工作。
这种思想支配下,不少学生缺乏上进求学和进取心,考试时企图通过不良手段蒙混过关。
平时没有努力,临近考试,为了拿到学位证书,冒险作弊也要将英语四级拿下,从而形成了恶性循环。
因此在大学中我们可以大胆实行淘汰制,每学年按照要求将极少数多门科目不及格而又表现不佳的学生留级或者淘汰,以提高学生的竞争意识,激励大家勤奋学习,在校园中形成奋发向上的浓厚学习风气。
