and more high.But with the improvement of living standards, people are in
sub-health state. How does this kind of phenomenon is generated?It’s because of more and more people pay attention to eat,and do not pay
attention to exercise.If you eat more food and without any sport ,you will
become more fate, you body con’ t get good healthy.with the
permanenetly time ,you will lose your healthy,for example headche、tasteless、 common cold.If you lose your healthy ,you will not want to go
with your friends.
So ， you should to keep the less healthe away,to get the good healthy .
My suggestion is eat more vegetables, meat dish to eat with,and do
