马云德国汉默克演讲Ladies and gentlemen,please welcome the founder and executive chairman of Alibaba Group Mr.Jack.Ma.Dear chancellor Mekel and prime Mister MaKai. minister ,ladies and genntlement. It’s my great honor to speak here in this evening. I remembered 14 years ago, when I first come to Hanover. I try to rent a small booth to sale Chinese products to western to the Europe. It had been a long time for looking for the booth. At that time, Hanover was not that prosperous, but the fair was very successful. It’s difficult to get a booth, finally we got a small booth, we got the booth, but very few people find us,8years ago we came back again, we try to help all of the booths to move them online, help them to sell on Alibaba. It did not work. Beacuse at that time, people think the trade fair on line are conflict with each other. Today I come back again. The reason I come back again, trying to find the important missing part of the Internet business. Internet is the part of the century in the past 20 years, it was pretty successful, but one thing that is very strange, and I find that very few Internet companies can survive peacefully and healthily for more than three years. That means most of the Internet company can only have honey days, honey weeks, and they don’t even have honey months. What is the problem, where is the missing part? So I think I strongly believe the missing part is in Europe. What is that? Whether we like it or not in the past twenty years. Internet has large huge impact to the human lifes. Everybody believe Internet has done great things to the world.And also a lot of traditional business hate the Internet .Because they destroyed their business. but what the rest is that Internet companies always worry, worry. Because you see the Google, facebook, Ebay, Alibaba, all of us worry everyday. So we think there must bea problem. And the problem is that we have find the solution and how can we be a company can live long and healthy, as long as like Mercedes Ben Z and Siemens. If any industries can not live more than three years. If all of the company can not live happily for 3 years. This industry can never become the main stream. This industry can never become the D-economic. So what we want to do is that how we can find the solution. The world is changing so fast. Most of people don’t realize what is IT? What is Internet? We are moving so fast today to technology. IT technology and data technology is not the technology difference. It’s the difference of the way people think ,the way people deal with the world. We don’t know what would the world look like in thirty years. We are sure that the whole world in next thirty years will be changed. If the first and second innovation and technology revolution release or liberate the human strength, the physics strength. The revolution will release and liberate the strength of human brain. The future world we believe we will be connected not by oil, not by electricity, by other things but by datas. The future world, the business is C2B not B2C.C2B is consumer to business not business to consumer. Because you have a lot of datas ,beacuse the datas the manufactures must do customaries things otherwise the manufactures will be difficult. They make the machines, the machines can not only produce products, the machines must talk, the machine is going to be supported by datas. The business will not focus on standardization and power. They will focus on flexibility, ninbonese, customization and user-friendiness. And I also strongly believe the future world are going to have a lot of women leaders. Beacuse in the future, people not only focus on the muscles, power. They focus on wisdom, focus on care and responsibility .I think Internet must find the missing part. The missing part is how the clicks and motors work together,how we can make sure the next 30 years. Only clicks and motors can work together .Internet company can survive, can live healthily for next 30 years. And if that comes ,that will call D-economic. It’s not the digital economic. We try to call data economic. Everything is going to be changed. And I also believe the world is going to be beautiful. But the world is very challenging .Apple may not be the future. But apple tells us what the future looks like. That something in the machine is moving that is data. We are at great time of induration, inspiration ,invention and creativity. And I think everybody is working hard ,try to realize the dreams. Today you see here, real world workers, a truck drivers and a game player and also this senior people. Everybody in the ancient time, nobody can leverage the technology realize the dreams. Today because the data, everything becomes truth. And I strongly believe not technology that change the world. It’s the dreams behind the technology that change the world. If he technology change the world ,I will not be here. I am not train to be technology. I know nothing about technology . I know very little about Internet. I have strong dreams that we want to help small business. So 14 years ago, we come here to sell Chinese products to Europe,it won’t work.14years later,we try to keep Europeans small business to China, to the world by using the Internet. It’s the dreams drive the world, it’s not only the technology, so ladies and gentlemen, let’s work hard. It’s a fantastic world. It’s the world belonging to young people, it’s the world belonging to the future.Thank you very much for listening.I also would love to take this opportunity to present you a small innovation products, which we design. Because we are e-economic company, online payment to buy things is also a big headache. You forget your passport, you worry about yoursecurity. All right,in6 days ,this stamp will be delivered to the mayor office of Hannover as the gift online and it’s on the way. Thank you. 但是，刚才听了张勇还有Eric 的讲话，把很多我要讲的话都讲完了，我一会讲可能会重复，但我估计我今天讲的不会太好，因为我还沉浸在自己演那个跳舞的时候。
我在反思：为什么我每次到黄龙来演出，都不那么成功？在自己家里总是很成功，规模小的时候总是特别成功，而一直到了大的场面总会失控。
所以，我特别欣赏能够在大场面上能够掌控的人。
我自己因为前面十天做了一个自己还比较得意的Project，准备献给双十一的，为了这个晚会，很多人付出了巨大的努力，我也很内疚，我想我就好好表演一个。
但是，确实前十天没表演，昨天晚上连做梦都在练，但一上去，音乐一响，东西南北都分不清，全乱套了。
所以希望大家都能理解，所以我的心还没有沉浸下来。
我觉得我们的18年，阿里巴巴的18年，我有很多的感触、感想，我们付出了很多，但是我们收获的远远超过了我们的付出。
我们要感谢一个时代！感谢互联网！感谢中国！感谢所有的同事，包括那些曾经在阿里巴巴工作过哪怕半小时的人，没有前面所有人付出的努力，没有我们的合作伙伴，没有他们不会有今天！我永远说不完的就是感谢！逍遥子讲过感谢，Eric讲过感谢，我还得重复感谢！18年来变化最大的是我们从18个人变成了到昨天晚上54421名员工，来自70个不同的国家，我们在21个国家和地区有自己的办事处。
以前在湖畔花园创业的时候，我们几乎天天都开员工大会，现在开一次员工大会起码得筹备一年，搞得满城风雨。
但是，我觉得这是最大的变化之一，当年创业的时候，我跟18个团队讲，我说总有一天，阿里巴巴会美女如云、良将如潮，大家会有很多的想法，会觉得有没这个可能性？但是，今天的阿里巴巴已经拥有了2.2万美女和超过3万名的良将，我为此感到特别的骄傲！当年也有过很多的梦想：说早上在巴黎，下午在伦敦，晚上在布宜诺斯艾利斯吃晚饭。

今天我首先，因为我讲话不会讲广东话，我主要是讲国语。
因为广东话很多人说是会听不会讲，我是会讲不会听。
所以我想今天还是用中文，但是我用汉语的时候我讲话的风格比较快，所以希望大家能够理解，我尽量讲的慢一点。
另外一个，我讲的不一定是对的。
但是我希望我讲的给大家一点思考，我同事已经在我上台前不断提醒我别教训香港年轻人，香港年轻人不要听你的教训，我自己觉得我是一个创业15年有很多的经历，更像一个大哥在创业了十多年经历了很多挫折以后，跟大家分享一些我的看法。
所以接下来我想讲几个观点。
第一个观点我从没有想到会走到今天创业的时候我记得我请了24个朋友到我家里说我准备做一个事情叫互联网。
大家听了将近两个小时，没有人听懂我说什么，最后投票表决，23个人反对，只有1个人说你去试试看。
当然我不管别人怎么想，我们最后决定还是开始创业了。
我不具备今天很多年轻人讲的你有什么资格，你有什么学识、知识、能力，既没有学过会计，也没有学过管理，更不懂电脑，为什么开始创业这件事情?大家知道我确实数学在高考第一次考过1分，不觉得丢人，我觉得讲真话不丢人，最丢人的是讲假话。
我数学考过1分，大学考过3次，初中考重点中学考过3次，也没考上。
我们那个学校也是当时杭州最差的学校，我考进大学，杭州师范大学，是杭州第四流大学，尽管我觉得他比哈佛重要。
所有人看来我不具备创业条件，但是很奇怪，有时候读书不好反而可以创业。
我送了两个同事去MBA读书，都没录取，我很奇怪问系主任为什么，他说他们数学太差考试都没有及格。
我说考试及格他们还会来读MBA吗?考试及格他们还会创业吗?他们可能当科学家、他们可能有很好的工作，所以我们这些人原来很多资质并不是那么好。

马云演讲全文：中国的UPS 这个必须有！《物流合作伙伴发展大会》背景：2011年1月19日，在阿里巴巴于北京举行的《物流合作伙伴发展大会》上，阿里巴巴董事局主席兼首席执行官马云详细阐述了阿里自建物流体系的初衷及愿景。
马云指出，国内电子商务的飞速发展推动了物流行业的进步，但多数物流公司在资金、制度体系以及仓储等方面均面临瓶颈，严重制约了中国物流行业的整体发展。
马云表示，阿里巴巴正是基于这一背景，以建立中国电子商务生态圈为目标，通过立体式仓储网络体系，为中国物流业的发展提供全面而系统的支持。
针对“阿里进军物流是抢夺同行饭碗”一说，马云进行了澄清。
他强调，多数民营企业不愿做或不得不做的才是阿里巴巴涉足的领域，阿里不会和民营企业形成你死我活的竞争关系。
马云以全球IT巨头苹果公司以及知名的快递承运商UPS为例指出，健康的商业圈应有共生、互利的氛围，同时国家政策也应给予相应的保护与扶植。

马云：谢谢大家!感谢大家在这么忙，快过年的时候参加我们物流会议。
我今天是带着非常崇敬的心情来看大家，因为我觉得你们创造的不仅仅是中国奇迹，也是世界奇迹。
这一两年整个物流产业发展超越我们想象，这是相当了不起的事情。
我跟马局长（中国邮政局局长马军胜）估计今年(将有)35亿(件)包裹，美国快递业70亿(件)包裹，原计划我们想15年、20年超过美国，按照现在的状态，中国三年、五年(内)一定超过美国物流行业。
物流行业即将迎来变革短短两三年，我们创造这么多机遇、创造这么多就业机会，我非常敬佩大家。
近百万人就业涌入物流行业，任何一家公司短短一两年就业人数、员工人数翻两三番，非常难管理。
我自己问自己，阿里巴巴这十年，我感到骄傲的是什么?不是阿里巴巴有这么多业务，骄傲的是拥有22000名员工，这22000名员工培训、成长非常难，在座能够管理上百万员工相当了不起。

马云演讲全文以下为马云演讲全文：大家好，谢谢各位，谢谢大家，从全国各地，从美国、英国、印度来的同事，感谢大家来到杭州，感谢大家参加淘宝的十周年。
今天是一个非常特别的日子，但是对我来讲，我期待这一天很多年了，最近一直在想，在这个会上跟所有的同事、朋友、网商，所有的合作伙伴，我应该说些什么。
但也很奇怪，就像姑娘盼着结婚，新娘子到了结婚这一天，除了会傻笑，不知道该干什么了。
我们是非常幸运的人，十年前的今天是SARS（非典）在中国最危险的时候，所有人都没有信心。
但是阿里人的年轻人，我们相信十年以后的中国会更好，十年以后电子商务会在中国受更多人的关注，很多人会用，但我真没想到，十年以后我们变成了今天这个样子。
这十年无数的人付出巨大的代价，为了理想、为了坚持，走了十年，我一直在想，即使把现在阿里巴巴集团99%的东西拿掉，我们还是值得，今生无悔，更何况我们今天有了那么多朋友，那么多相信的人，那么多坚持的人。
是什么东西让我们有了今天，是什么让马云有了今天，我是没有理由成功的，阿里没有理由成功，淘宝更没有理由成功，但是我们今天居然走了这么多年，依然对未来充满理想，其实我在想是一种信任。
当所有人不相信这个世界，所有人不相信未来时候，我们选择了相信，我们选择了信任，我们选择十年以后的中国会更好，我们选择相信，我同事会做得比我更好，我相信中国的年轻人会做得比我们更好。
二十年以前也好，十年以前也好，我从没想过，我连自己都不一定相信自己，我特别感谢我的同事信任我，当CEO 很难，但是当CEO员工更难。
但现在，居然你会从一个你都没听见过的名字叫“闻香识女人”这里，付钱给她，买一个你从来没有见过的东西，经过上千上百公里，通过一个你不认识的人到了你手上。
今天的中国拥有信任，拥有相信，每天2400万笔淘宝的交易，意味着在中国有2400万个信任在流转着，在座所有的阿里人，淘宝、小微金服的人，我特别为大家骄傲，今生跟大家做同事，下辈子我们还是同事。

马云组建菜鸟网络演讲全文我本来以为当了董事长以后就不需要再出来，但是没想到当董事长最主要职责就是出台和走秀。
但是今天这个走秀是我期待了很多年的，这是一个我们阿里巴巴集团思考了4、5年一直希望建立的事，筹划了很久，但是很遗憾这个是在我不当CEO后才正式把这么大一个项目落地。
4、5年来我们一直在思考一个问题，我们到底能为中国物流做什么?其实国家在整个物流建设上投入了几十万亿，但是效益并不是很高，随着电子商务高速发展，我们必须在中国提升整个国家社会的效益，生产制造、小企业，如何能够帮所有的货达天下、货运天下。
今天中国物流高速发展离不开我们在座的三通一达，顺丰以及不在的所有物流公司的发展，我记得去年淘宝双十一节做了191亿，这是一个奇迹，但是更大奇迹居然在一天内运出7800万件包裹，这个数字背后是无数人把自己全家老小发动起来，把这些货送出去，没有让中国物流搞瘫。
但是长此以往中国未来怎么解决这个问题，因为现在中国每天2500万包裹左右，十年后预计每年2亿包，今天中国的物流体系没有办法支撑未来2亿。
所以我们有一个大胆设想通过建设中国智能骨干网，让全中国2000个城市在任何一个地方能够24小时，只要你上网购物，24小时货一定送到你们家，这是一个伟大的理想。
四年来我们一直不敢下手，这个理想太大，没有人干过，甚
至想都不敢想，我们觉得这是一个国家项目。
我们去考察了日本、欧洲、美国，今天在欧洲、美国、日本都没有这样的先例，日本的物流发展非常好，美国物流发展也非常好，但是他们基于IT。
在中国基于互联网、基于电子商务，如何把国家已经投下的基础设施能够发挥作用，如何能够把今天全中国100多万快递人员能够支撑未来再增加的1000万快递人员。
从小的来讲，我希望更多的快递人员有尊严，这是一个很好的工作，我希望中国的物流、中国的效率，大家知道中国整个GDP中18%来自物流。
但是发达国家在12%，这6个点如果降下来对整个国家经济效益是非常高。
这是一个理想主义项目，这个项目我们不是一年两年做出来，而是准备花十年时间，淘宝花了十年，支付宝花了9年，阿里巴巴花了14年，任何一个有理想色彩的公司必须花十年才能做下来。
所以我特别高兴。
我跟快递公司交流过程中，这张网络起来，我们不会抢快递公司的生意，阿里巴巴永远不会做快递，因为我们没有这个能力，我们相信中国有很多快递公司做快递可以做得比我们好。
但是这个物流网起来可能会影响所有快递公司以后的商业模式，以前我们认为对的东西可能不对了，因为它完全基于互联网思考。
所以这是我们希望做的，是人们没有做过的。
直到今天为止到底是什么产品、方向怎么样、模式怎么样，一直争论不休，但是我们不争论的是这是一个理想主义项目，不仅仅对我们有影响，最主要
对社会有影响，对十年以后消费有巨大影响。
这是我的看法。
为什么取菜鸟的名字?我刚刚做互联网的时候，很多人说我是一只菜鸟，但是正因为我们这批菜鸟，马化腾、李彦宏，所有这些菜鸟今天变成不一样的鸟，今天700万淘宝卖家，中国无数小的卖家，所有在网上做电子商务的都是菜鸟，只有菜鸟才能飞向千家万户。
笨鸟先飞，飞了半天还是笨鸟，而菜鸟还有机会变成好鸟。
我们取这个名字不断提醒自己我们要为对社会有敬畏之心，对未来有敬畏之心，我们希望自己成为一只勤奋、努力、不断学习、对未来有敬畏、对昨天有感恩的鸟。
我们希望通过1000、2000亿的投资能够翘动几十万亿中国已经有的基础设施，能够把国家基础设施发挥出效应。
让我们高速公路、机场、码头充分利用，承担起本来应该有的责任。
昨天在股东会上讲也许十年里我们失败，谁都不能保证你一定不失败。
但是万一被我们搞成了，我觉得今生无悔，终于作为民营企业参与国家基础设施的投资和建设。
这是划时代意义。
一直以来基础设施是国有企业做，今天我们这些民营企业联合起来希望为这个时代、为这个社会做，今天我们也看到很多国有企业，很多大型企业，像中国人寿、中信，很多金融机构对我们展示出了巨大信心和支持，在这儿表示衷心感谢，后面加入的企业会越来越多，因为这不是为一家企业做，这是为一个时代做。
