This plan should be made on an annual basis(or a five-year basis). Usually, the monthly maintenance schedules are made based on the annual preventive maintenance plan and the basic occasional maintenance work.根据ISM规则，预防维护计划是基于船舶的“PMS”和机械运转时间记录来制定的。
这个计划应该是在年度或五年基础上来制定的。

8．What is the purpose of the ISM Code? 船东面试文本
船东面试应对指南张晓峰著前言随着社会主义市场经济的深入，船员劳动力市场也随之兴旺发展起来。
在船员国际劳务市场中，我们中国的船员所占份额较少，其中一个主要的原因是船员缺乏英语技能。
不少中国船员虽然业务水平较高，但由于没有英语表达能力而被船东割爱。
还有一个次要的原因是部分船员缺乏现代意识和管理能力，思想仍停留在八十年代我国航运业和船舶管理上。
如船长一有事就找政委、轮机长商量办事，有时候由于部门之间矛盾，船长无法指挥轮机部等等。
而现代航运业管理模式中船长是船舶管理者，一船的最高长官，是公司的授权代表，包括轮机长在内的所有人必须对他负责。
船上的等级观念十分清楚，每个人都要常用“Yes, sir!”,“No, sir!”,“Thank you, sir!”,“Good morning, sir!”。
船长在公司代表（无论地位高低）面前也应用上述语言。
船上工作按ISM规定，把每个人的职责都划分得很细，甚至包括除船长外每个人上一级出现意外，其工作由谁顶替。
甚至下级出现突发事件其工作由谁替代等等。
船东围绕职务职责提问时你如果回答不上来，那么你受雇的几率很小。
本书系收集了几家较大的国内外船东在面试中的提问，并就船东的提问给出答案及应答策略以供广大有心外派的船员参考。

海员面试
面试时表现1．基本要求：友善（Friendly）、真诚（Sincere and Faithful）、不卑不亢、幽默（Humorous）、谨慎（Wariness ）面试就是你和船东沟通谈话的过程。
手足无措、东张西望、精神过度紧张，以及坐资过于随便都是十分忌讳的。
每次面试之前，不论我们外派公司怎样提醒，总有一些船员会表现得手足无措。
很多海员，尤其是第一次接受面试的船员，面试时精神紧张是很普遍的现象。
有时，应试船员手势过多，甚至说到激动时手指直指船东；有的唾液飞扬；有的不自然地翘起了二郎腿，好象他在面试考官一样。
这些都会给船东留下很不好的印象。
笔者的建议是，想要解除自己面试时的紧张感，最好要让自己有一定的面试经验。
听说，很多船员为了让自己有面试经验，尽管没有船东面试的实战经验，却通过去其他非船员公司的其他职位面试来学面试经验。
还有的船员在面试前反复联系握手、自我介绍，并让别人评判自己的表现，我认为这是克服面试紧张的非常好的办法。
4-16 18:28评论夜色微祥a(7级)楼主2.面试中，考官说话时要仔细倾听、不抢话、不说多余的话语言过多是面试成功的大敌。
很多船员因为说话太多而没有成功。
这样的事例不胜枚举。
应该留给考官问更多的问题，而自己主要的任务是能够回答这些问题。
记得某公司一国外客户前来面试船员。
某一应试轮机长职位的应试者的英语和资历都特别好。
该轮机长在前的准备也非常认真充分，甚至在面试前为了再过一遍材料而直到半夜才睡。
第二天面试时，当考官提问了一个问题，他便回答了约10分钟；而第二个非常简单的问题，该轮机长居然联想到他很多经历，讲了足有半小时，且回答的内容远远超出了问题的答案。
最后，我们看见一个考官的眉头皱地越来越紧，而另外一个考官干脆睡着了，而我们这位轮机长根本就没有注意到，依然滔滔不绝，当然，这个轮机长面试是否成功就不言自明了。
其实，面试时，答非所问，滔滔不绝的船员很多。
笔者事后了解到，很多船员之所以想多答一些，是想让船东对自己有更深的印象，更是为了展示一下自己的“实力”。
