在使用指示代词的时候，也有几条不成文的规定。

Adjusting to life and study in college was a little overwhelming for me, I felt so discouraged when I knew I failed again in exam. Fortunately, your instruction as well as encouragement did cheer me up and help me a lot. I think I’m on the right track now, thanks to caring and supportive teachers like you.
