就这种现象我先打个比喻，我身边有个朋友有个4间房子，以前的租金是1500元/月，别人到期没租了，那么他又帖了个招租广告，他想地皮升值啦，现在开价到1800元/月。
可是来谈的人最多还只出到1500元/月，低于1800他不租，超过1500元别人不租，就这样空了个半年，前两天才1400元/月租出去。
他跟我说一年亏了5000元，我笑话他，你不是亏了5000元的，你已经亏了一万多啦，如果开始就1500租出去，你这半年又多收了9000元啦。
想想人的思想有时转一下，你会赚得更多。
就目前就业这种情况，特别是一些大学生，到人才市场上就把薪资待遇填到1800以上每个月，别人开低了不想去，那么你开这个价企业又不能接受。
就这样高不成低不就，延误了几个月没有上班。
所以说，做为一个刚出道的年轻人一定不要把目光盯住那一点死工资，而且你没有证明给企业看，别人怎么知道你值不值那么钱一个月。
相信大家都听说过一个博士生的故事，在一定企业拿出过几
个文凭，当初拿的是最低的，随着被别人发现他的能力，感觉他远远不止这个学历的时候，直到被老板重用以后他才拿出他的博士文凭。
所以从这点就证明一个问题;是金子你永远会发光，是人才你永远不会被埋没。
所以说每个人都要调整好自己的心态，要甘心从基础做起，不要一开始就把自己定位得太高，免得到了下了台阶。
一旦你的能力被老板发现了，不用你说自然老板会给你加薪，提拔你。
那些天天吵着加薪的最后的结果可能都是被吵掉，因为老板发现你值不了那么钱一个月，所以没有给你加薪，你还在闹，那结果可想而知。
真正有能力的人不是自己吵着加薪，而是老板自然给你加薪。
再就是谈谈一些企业老板，为了把自己的费用降到最低，利润最大化，采取降低工人工资这方面，连身边的忠臣也都离他而去，等他后悔也来不及啦，因为别人太不甘心啦。
