一、教学内容分析
本模块的中心话题是饮食习惯。

语法方面，本课的教学内容在前一单元基础上增加了more + 多音节形容词的构成形式。

句型方面，在四年级下册M5 Food and Drink的基础上增加了Which do you prefer, … or…? I prefer…这一句型。

通过学习，学生可以巩固已学过的有关食物的词汇，了解中西饮食文化差异，懂得养成良好的饮食习惯。

二、教学目标
（一）语言知识目标
1、词汇：
1）“四会”词：prefer, inside, full, peach.
2）“三会”词：pizza, hamburger, burger, Chinese cabbage.
2．短语: eat at Jimmy’s, go inside, What about…? walk back home.
3．句型：
复习：I like…best.
I don’t like …either.
新学：Which do you prefer, … or…? I prefer…
Hamburgers are more delicious than pizza.
Pizza is more delicious than hamburgers.
4、语法：1）多音节形容词比较级构成形式。

2）either的用法。

（二）语言技能目标
1、能听、说新单词。

2、能流利朗读课文，理解课文意思，能根据提示表演课文。

3、能模仿课文，自编简单对话并表演。

4、能在情景中用所学句型询问别人喜爱什么食物及回答。

（三）学习策略目标
1、能在情景中积极运用所学英语进行表达与交流。

2、积极参与小组活动，主动练习、实践所学内容。

（四）情感态度目标
懂得均衡饮食，养成良好的饮食习惯。

（五）文化意识目标
了解一些中西饮食文化差异。

四、教学策略
1、创设情景，让学生在情景中理解、运用所学知识。

2、挖掘教材内容，渗透情感教育及文化意识教育。

3、充分利用教学资源，采用游戏、竞赛、任务等多种形式教学。

七、教学过程
一、课前热身
1. Sing a song: Pizza and Chips.
2. Rhyme.
二、复习导入
1、Free talk.
What do you usually have for breakfast?
Which do you like better, tea or coffee?
What do you like best?
2、导入课题
Different people like different food and drinks. Different people have different eating habits. Today let’s learn Unit 13 I Prefer Hamburgers.
3、复习部分已学食物、饮料名称。

A game: What Do You See
教师用自制课件快速呈现一些食物及饮料图片，学生以最快速度说出其名称。

三、呈现与操练
1、自然承接上游戏，最后呈现出所有食物与饮料图片。

因本课食物名称大多已学过，教师可充分发挥学生的主动性，让学生以旧带新，结合音标学以下单词：peach, pizza, hamburger, burger, Chinese cabbage.
2、操练一：听、读、归类。

3、渗透文化意识教育：中西方饮食文化。

4、操练二：A Chant.
全班：：Who ate the hamburger on the plate?
教师：Tony ate the hamburger on the plate.
Tony: Who? Me?
全班：Yes. You!
Tony: Not me!
全班：Then who?
Tony: Lily ate the hamburger on the plate.
Lily: Who? Me?
全班：Yes. You!
Lily: Not me.
全班：Then who?
Lily: David ate the hamburger on the plate.
此游戏可视时间轮流玩，可替换不同的食物名称，也可根据学生的爱好，让学生以小组形式玩，或只操练几个较难上口的词汇。

5、教师用刚才的食物图片向学生介绍自己喜爱的食物。

I like pizza, I like hamburgers, too. But I like hamburgers better than pizza, I prefer hamburgers, because I think hamburgers are more delicious than pizza.
板书下列句型：
I prefer hamburgers.
I think hamburgers are more delicious than pizza.
解释delicious比较级构成方法。

问学生Which do you prefer, hamburgers or pizza? Why?
呈现句型Which do you prefer, hamburgers or pizza?
6、句型操练：听、读板书句型。

用课件呈现出一些食物图片，就图片内容相互对话。

如：
Which do you prefer, hamburgers or pizza?
I prefer hamburgers. I think hamburgers are more delicious than pizza.
7、创设情景，用金太阳课件呈现课文。

9、学生找出自己不太理解的地方，教师解答：
1)新单词的发音：inside, full,
2) 意义理解：eat at Jimmy’s
3）可数名词与不可数名词：hamburgers/ pizza, coffee.
4）I don’t like pizza and I don’t like hamburgers ,either. (either和too及also的用法。

)
四、巩固与发展
1、以全班、小组或分角色等多种形式听、读或看提示演课文。

2、引导学生归纳本课知识点。

3、发展性操练：
方案一：做调查及汇报
调查同学喜爱的食物，填表并汇报。

教师示范：Which food do you prefer, Lily, bread or hamburgers?
I prefer hamburgers.
Why?
Because I think hamburgers are more delicious than bread.
Which drink do you prefer, tea or Coke?
Lily prefers hamburgers. She thinks hamburgers are more delicious than bread.
She likes Coke best.
方案二：发挥学生的创新精神，由学生根据自己的喜好，自主创设情景，模仿课文某一片断自编对话并表演。

4、结合学生表演开展评价。

五、布置作业
1、抄写活动手册生词并家听。

2、听录音，读、背、演课文。

3、选做：画出自己喜爱的食物并用最少五句话介绍，要求用上形容词比较级及最高级。
