一、什么是WLAN自动认证WLAN自动认证功能是中国移动面向WLAN业务个人用户提供的自动登录服务。
首次配置后，用户使用具有WiFi功能的手机或PAD等非PC操作系统的平板电脑，在信号标识为CMCC-AUTO的中国移动WLAN网络覆盖区下，即可自动登陆WLAN 上网。
WLAN自动认证包括EAP-PEAP认证和EAP-SIM认证两种方式。
系统将根据客户终端判定客户可以使用的认证方式，对于支持SIM认证方式的终端优先SIM认证。
二、自动认证热点区域WLAN自动认证仅可在CMCC-AUTO的WLAN信号标识下使用。
注：目前中国移动WLAN信号标识主要分为4类，针对不同的用户：CMCC热点：针对WLAN公众用户；CMCC-EDU热点：针对WLAN高校用户；CMCC-XXX热点：针对WLAN集团客户；CMCC-AUTO热点：仅针对WLAN自动认证用户。
三、什么样的终端可以使用自动认证功能？具有WiFi功能的手机或PAD等非PC操作系统的平板电脑可以使用WLAN自动认证功能。
用户通过CMCC的PORTAL页面开通WLAN自动认证功能时，页面上会列出适配的终端型号，用户可查询并选择自己适配的终端。
四、如何开通及配置WLAN自动认证功能第一步：用户首先开通CMCC的WLAN业务，并使用PC或者手机终端选择连接至CMCC 无线接入网络（用户可编辑短信CXWLAN到10086查询自己是否已开通WLAN业务，若未开通可编辑短信KTWLAN到10086开通WLAN业务）第二步：在终端上打开浏览器，输入任意网址（如），系统会强制给用户推送一个登录页面，用户可以采用静态密码或者动态密码登录方式登录到CMCC网络。

SABER认证产品范围和认证流程
SABER认证产品范围和认证流程为了确保进口产品的安全，更好的对非本土企业进行符合性认证进行评估，沙特2019年1月1日起开始实施SABER认证，取代原来的SASO认证。
简单来说，我们可以把SABER认证看做是一种用于注册产品、发行和获取符合性COC证书的在线网络系统工具。
SABER认证产品根据分险分为高、中、低三个等级，风险类型不同，采用的符合性检验程序也不同。
低风险（自由贸易）需要做自我声明和技术文件，中等风险要根据具体产品技术法规和现有产品认证进行评估（如适用）（例如G-Mark证书），高风险产品需要取得SASO质量标志许可。
在沙特销售的产品，不论是进口还是在当地生产，均需办理SABRE注册，如果未签发合格证书，产品将被禁止进入。
原材料被认为是不受管制的，不需要注册。
目前以下产品均在SABRE认证范围内：1.汽车新零件，除轮胎、车辆电池和安全屏障；2. 个人防护产品，如消防服、护眼用具、手套、安全鞋等；3. 纺织品，如丝、毛、棉、布；4. 拖车和半拖车；5. 洗涤剂、表面活性剂、肥皂，如液体玻璃清洁剂、液体洗洁精；除消毒剂；6.太阳能发电系统产品及其组成部分，如光伏组件、电缆和连接器；7.永久性地或临时性地安置在城市中的设备、机械和构筑物；8.粘合剂和胶水产品，如结构胶粘剂、皮革胶粘剂、鞋类胶粘剂、木制品胶粘剂、纸张胶粘剂、包装胶粘剂等；9.制造用于装饰的塑料金属制品，如头发、手和脖子上的饰物；10.塑料和金属管道系统，用于运输水和电力设施，建筑和配件；11.无线通信设备，如移动电话、耳机、智能设备等；12.包装产品，纸、纸板、木材、塑料、纺织品和其他用于包装的材料；13.与食物接触的材料和表面，例如煮食设备、餐具、食物包装材料及容器；14.由皮革、纺织品、塑料或这些材料的混合物制成的鞋；15.在压力下工作的设备及其附件，如灭火器、高压锅；16.消防产品，如灭火器、报警系统、消防软管；17.烟花产品，如鞭炮、烟花。

除了制定標準以外，SABS對符合規範的產品，會依據相關規範標準頒發證書並授權使用其標誌。
南非於1996年11月8日依據公告Government Gazette 17548，Notice R1792 開始針對家庭電氣及資訊技術設備實施強制性的安全規範。
開始管制後，無論產品是否已經在市面上銷售，都要符合規定。
產品標準大都是引用國際標準(IEC)，產品範圍包括：- SABS IEC 60335 - 家電用品，如電壺、熨斗、烤箱、冰箱- SABS IEC 60065 - 影音產品，如電視、錄放影機、收音機- SABS IEC 61029 - 攜帶式馬達操作電動工具，如圓形電鋸、磨碎機- SABS IEC 60745 - 手持式馬達操作工具，如電鑽機、磨沙機- SABS IEC 60950 - 資訊設備，如電腦、印表機、影印機安全的LoA (Letter of Authority) 是由南非當地供應商做為持證者。
EMI 的CoC (Certificate of Compliance) 則是由生產製造商做持證者。
1. 南非的认证分两种情况：第一种申请就是申请LOA和COC这个对于南非的进口是强制的，而这种认证程序是不准标贴SABS商标在产品的label上面的，此种申请不需要厂检；第二种申请是基于第一种申请的基础上可以再次申请SABS Mark的使用，这种标志的使用是需要经过一系列的厂检手续，花费很多，每年还必须缴纳一定数量的年费和厂检费用作为标志的使用权。

关键词：汽车零部件；南非市场；认证流程0 前言南非共和国（以下简称“南非”）强制性规范监管机构（NRCS）2008年第5号法案规定，所有受管制电工产品的进口商和制造商都必须在NRCS注册［1］，此法案同时也包括了针对汽车零部件的管理要求。
随后，南非国家标准局（SABS）发布了实验室授权计划——A-Lab计划，并于2017年4月实施，A-Lab计划向所有国际实验室认可合作组织（ILAC）认证的汽车零部件电磁兼容（EMC）测试实验室开放。
SABS宣布，自2022年11月1日起，非电信电子和电气设备制造商，其中包括汽车零部件产品可以使用ILAC认可的任何实验室出具的检测报告申请SABS EMC合规证书（CoC）。
基于此政策和变化，本文对汽车零部件产品南非认证要求进行阐述，解析汽车零部件南非NRCS、SABS及南非国家认可系统（SANS）等认证技术要求。
1 南非汽车零部件认证管理部门的组织架构汽车零部件产品出口南非市场的认证流程涉及三大部门：南非独立通信局（ICASA），贸易、工业和竞争部（DTIC），交通运输部（DOT），组织架构如图1所示。
1.1 DTICDTIC下辖17个分支机构，SABS、NRCS和SANAS为其下属机构，参与汽车零部件产品注册许可和测试工作1.2 ICASA南非政府组织中有12个独立法律实体，其中包括ICASA。
认证操作指南
一、认证目标本指南旨在提供一份全面的认证指导，帮助申请人了解认证流程、认证要求、资料准备、认证周期、认证标准、认证策略、认证费用、推荐认证机构及取证后的产品监管和证书维护等方面的信息，保证产品在开发阶段的合规合法，高效完成产品认证。
二、常规认证介绍1、CCC认证2、节能认证: GB/T 32910.3;GB 408793、泰尔认证4、CE认证50V~1000V，直流电压在75V~1500V之5、CB认证6、UL认证认证标志三、通用认证流程1、标准推荐2、认证程序2.1 认证需求确认2.1.1 新开发设计的产品或投入市场的产品，由海外销售部门根据产品销售区域，提出相关的认证要求，并通过OA系统递交《产品认证及第三方委托测试申请表》，经直属领导批准后到认证工程师处；2.1.2 认证工程师收到申请流程后，组织研发部和对应需求部门制定认证计划，根据市场需求及产品族的生命周期，规划认证实施方案（包括不限于产品认证种类、意向认证机构、认证周期和认证费用等），上报至研发总监出审批；2.1.3 认证相关方案批准后，由研发项目经理准备产品相关产品资料（包含不限于产品铭牌、说明书，外观照片、使用环境等）；由认证工程师确认各机构报价并完成最终机构认定后，向认定机构递交认证申请表及产品资料。
3、测试与评估3.1 由研发项目组根据机构要求制作相应数量的样机，并进行内部预测试，需要保证送样样机的状态能够达到认证相关要求。
3.2 根据机构要求，由研发项目经理收集个项目组成员的产品设计资料（例如：爆炸图、接线图、原理图、器件规格书、关键器件清单等），并由项目经理协助认证工程师完成审核工作后，外发至第三方机构。
3.3 样品开始测试后，由认证工程师实时关注产品认证状态，及时协调项目组成员回复机构相关疑问。
3.4 认证过程中出现不合格项目是，认证工程师要及时了解相关情况，排除测试误差等问题，并及时通知项目组成员制定整改方案，并全程跟进整改过程：1）认证工程师必须与机构及时沟通，准确掌握整改要求的相关信息；2）认证工程要积极争取机构相关的人员的支持，并做好配合工作；3）认证工程师需要参与整改方案的制定，必要时邀请机构人员线上或线下参与方案制定；4）必要时，认证工程师要协调安排，带领研发相关人员到机构进行现场沟通及整改。

– Authority and Scheme 出证机构和认证体系 ICASA, INDEPENDENT COMMUNICATIONS AUTHORITY OF SOUTH AFRICA – Radio Equipment type approval can be applied under ETSI standards reports to avoid local testing.
