四、教学步骤和建议1．热身（Warm-up）（1）吟唱歌谣，边唱边舞。

2．预习（Preview）学生拿着自己的作息时间表到讲台上，选择其中一个时间做动作，并说：Tick, tock, tick, tock, says the clock．It's 7: 30．其他学生做出相应的回答，如：It's time to go to school．以此导入课文。
3．新课呈现（Presentation）Read and write（1）听录音，理解句子内容。
教师可就该部分对话设计一些问题检查学生理解程度。
（2）学生跟录音朗读课文并分角色朗读。
（3）利用课程表玩游戏。
