学情分析六年级的学生已经形成了一定的英语学习技能，掌握了一些英语学习的方法。
动词的过去式形式在四五年级都有学习，但有些学生往往掌握不牢固，本节课需要在过去式学习的基础上介绍礼物，并进行拓展，需要通过各种方式进行巩固和练习。
在学习中乐于参与、积极合作、主动请教。
乐于了解异国文化、习俗。
但也有令我们担忧的状况：随着学习内容的增多和学习难度的加深，出现了“两极分化”的现象。
一部分学生学习英语的兴趣衰减，对英语学习产生畏难情绪，英语学习已掉队。
这就要求我们应关注每个学生，注重培养学生对英语学习有持续的兴趣和爱好，采取有效措施，防止两极分化现象的加剧。
由于学生已经在第四册、第五册陆续学习了一般过去时态，因此学生对本课要学习的知识点并不陌生，而且本课讲述的内容比较有趣，学生学起来兴趣还是蛮高的。
但由于汉语没有动词时态上的变化，学生要掌握好过去时态，特别是不规则动词的过去式有一定难度。
效果分析本节课将动词原形和动词的过去式编成一个chant的形式呈现给学生，活跃了课前紧张的学习氛围，并加上动作进行练习，使学生学习起来较为轻松。
第二个环节，引入新知，层层突破。
本环节通过让学生通过问题听课文，从文中找问题，并找出课文中的过去式，采用拍桌子的游戏，逐层分解，将阅读推向深入，发挥了学生自主性学习，探究解决问题的能力。
在practice环节中，我针对不同层次的学生，通过连线找答案，学生通过对话的形式，让学生进行展示，激发了学生的学习兴趣和自信心。
在拓展环节，我将问题深入到实际生活中，让学生写一写在自己的家人过生日的时候，自己都赠送了什么礼物，利用小组讨论的形式，提高了课堂气氛，学生既复习了以前所学单词，又学会了感恩。
最后我利用课文填空的方式，检测学生在本节课中对单词、句子的掌握程度，以及存在的书写问题，做到及时反馈，为进一步搞好教学，提高教学质量收集第一手的资料。
