At low temperatures the water content of the air is lower and the curing reaction proceeds more slowly (see diagram below).Chemical Resistance Sikasil ®-SG10 is resistant to UV radiation,fresh water, seawater and proprietary aqueous cleaning agents; temporarily resistant to fuels, mineral oils, vegetable and animal fats and oils; no resistance to organic acids, concentrated mineral acids, caustic solutions and solvents. Method of Application Surface preparation The substrate must be clean, dry, frost free, sound and free of any oils, greases or incompatible sealers, paints or coatings that may interfere with adhesion. Project specific substrates must always be submitted for testing before consideration in high demand applications. POROUS SUBSTRATES – clean by mechanical methods to expose a sound surface free of contamination. NON-POROUS SUBSTRATES – for cleaning non-porous substrates, use two cloth cleaning method using isopropyl alcohol, xylene or or an approved, clean, pure non-diluted industrial grade solvent solvent. Allow solvent to evaporate completely prior to sealant application. Strictly follow solvent manufacturer's instructions for safe handling. PRIMING Sikasil ®-SG10 is designed to obtain adhesion without the use of a primer; however, certain substrates may require a primer. Test by applying the sealant and/or primer sealant combination to confirm results and proposed application methods. Refer to Technical Data Sheet for primers Sikasil ®-2100, or Sikasil ®- 2300 available at or contact Technical Service for additional informationat(******************). ApplicationIn all cases, make sure the joint design is correct. Proper joint design minimizes stresses on the sealant. Use maskingtape if desired for areas adjacent to the joint to be sealed to prevent surface contamination. Apply sealant to dry, cleansurfaces. An air operated or handoperated cartridge gun may be used. Donot break cartridge seal until just before use. Surfaces should be dried before the sealant is applied. Normally sealantskins in 8 minutes, dries to touch in 1 hour, and bonds in 24 hours.This product is suitable for bulk dispensing straight from drums or pails bymeans of a pneumatic or hydraulic pumpsystem. Product evolves Methyl ethyl ketoxime (MEKO) and methanol when exposed to water or humid air. Provide adeqaute ventilation to control MEKO within exposure guidelines. Keep container closed and store away from water or moisture or oxidizing materials.When stored in the original, unopened containers at or below 90°F (32°C), shelf life is one year. GE SCS2900硅酮耐候密封胶——上海连宝
建筑用低模量硅酮耐候胶；
玻璃、金属、石材幕墙的耐候密封；
EIFS系统及低模量要求的接口密封；
混凝土、喷涂材料等常用建筑材料的组合装配密封；
阳极氧化或烤漆处理、镀锌的金属表面，陶制品及大部分塑胶板的粘接。
1.GE SCS2900硅酮耐候胶是一种中性、单组份具备低模量特性之建筑用耐候密封胶。
它能在较广泛气候条件下仍能挤出使用，并迅速与空气中的水份产生反应，凝固成即耐用、性能高及具弹性的硅酮密封胶，能抗臭氧、紫外线及雨水等天然侵蚀。
2.采用标准：GE SCS2900中性硅酮耐候密封胶具有优异的耐候密封性能和位移性能，满足美国ASTM C-920、中国GB14683-2003、
JC/T882 -2001各项性能指标。
3.储存方式：在27℃以下的干燥通风阴凉处贮存，贮存期为12个月。
4.使用前的准备工作：按照要求安装衬垫材料或接口填补剂，垫杆隔离物和胶带。
同接口相联的区域应采用遮蔽带，以确保密封胶密封线的整洁。
5.为确保在多孔性或非多孔性表面的最佳粘结性，在工程开工前都应做粘结性测试。
6.注胶时应均匀施力，使胶充满被黏缝内然后修整：
7.注意事项：不能作为结构密封胶使用；使用时应保持通风，因为密封胶需吸收空气中的水份固化，同时会有挥发性气体产生。
8切勿让小孩接触，若眼睛直接接触到未固化的胶黏剂应及时用大量的清水清洗并向医生求助。
三道682(黑)中性硅酮密封胶说明
三道682是一种中性、中高模量有机硅弹性体密封胶，在室温时可通过吸收空气中的水分发生交联，形成永久性弹性体。
它具有较好的弹性及位移变形能力，广泛地应用于汽车制造及工业行业并专注适用于汽车车身玻璃的填缝密封。

3、切开筒嘴，根据接缝的宽度切割胶嘴，用合适的手动或气动胶枪将胶打进接缝，小心操作，避免基材和胶之间留有气泡。
注意要使密封胶将接口充分填满，然后在胶表皮形成之前进行修整以保证密封胶与被粘接表面有良好的接触。
4、一旦打开包装，则必须在相对短的时间内用完。
注意事项1. 未固化的三道®682可用或适当的溶剂从工具或设备上除掉。
如果密封胶已经固化可以使用刮刀或其它工具机械去除。
2. 手及外露的肌肤粘上胶后应立即用合适的工业用洗手液和水清洗。
