Also use non-skid, safety shoes and gloves whenappropriate.TRAILER DOLLY USE AND CARE•Do not modify the adjustable trailer dolly in any way. Unauthorized modification may impair the function and/or safety and could affect the life of the equipment. There are specificapplications for which the adjustable trailer dolly was designed.•Always check for damaged or worn-out parts before using the adjustable trailer dolly.Broken parts will affect the adjustable trailer dolly operation. Replace or repair damaged or worn parts immediately.•Do not exceed the adjustable trailer dolly load capacity.•Distribute the load evenly. Uneven loads may cause the adjustable trailer dolly to tip, resulting in personal injury to the operator or others.•Use the adjustable trailer dolly on flat and level surfaces capable of supporting the adjustable trailer dolly and its maximum load. Pulling or pushing a load on a slanted or uneven surface can result in loss of control.•Store idle adjustable trailer dolly. When adjustable trailer dolly is not in use, store it in a secure place out of the reach of children. Inspect it for good working condition prior to storage and before re-use.ASSEMBLYSee parts diagram for reference during assembly1. Attach the Link Bracket (#2) to the T-Bar Handle (#1) using four Bolts (#3), four Flat Washers(#4), and four Lock Washers (#5). Put the washers on the bolt before screwing into the holes.2. Attach the Link Bracket (#2) to the Axle Assembly (#16) in the bottom hole using one Bolt(#18), one Washer (#9), and one Nut (#10).3. Attach the upper end of the Brace (#7) and V Support (#6) to the Link Bracket (#2) using oneBolt (#8), one Washer (#9), and one Nut (#10).4. Attach the lower end of the V Support (#6) to the Link Bracket (#2) using one Bolt (#8), oneWasher (#9), and one Nut (#10).5. Attach the lower end of the Brace (#7) to the Axle Assembly (#16) using one Bolt (#13), oneWasher (#9), and one Nut (#10).6. Install the two Flat Free Tires (#17) on both ends of the Axle Assembly (#16) using two HexNuts (#19) and two Split Pins (#20).7. Install the Coupler Ball (#11) onto the Adjustable Tube (#12). Insert the Adjustable Tube (#12)into the Axle Assembly (#16) and secure it with the Pin (#15) and the R Pin (#14).8. Check and tighten all bolts as needed.9. Adjust the Adjustable Tube to the proper height for your trailer. Make sure the pin is securedthrough the Adjustable Tube and the welded tube on the frame. Place the R Pin into the hole of the Pin to secure the Pin.OPERATION1. The designed load limit is 600 lbs. for the adjustable trailer dolly alone, not including loadsupported by trailer wheels. Do not exceed the rated capacity.2. Always keep arms, feet, legs, etc. out from under the trailer tongue while hitching, unhitching,or moving the trailer. Children should always be kept at a safe distance.3. Always make sure any loaded trailer is blocked properly while the adjustable trailer dolly isbeing moved into place.4. Make sure the trailer tongue is securely connected to the adjustable trailer dolly coupler ballbefore attempting to unblock and move the trailer.5. Take precautions to prevent uncontrolled movement of the trailer once it is connected to theadjustable trailer dolly. Remember, the slope of a roadbed surface is difficult to judge, and the pull of gravity can result in a dangerously out-of-control trailer.6. If the adjustable trailer dolly is being connected to a trailer that is being stored over a lengthyperiod of time, make sure both the trailer and the adjustable trailer dolly are blocked properly.7. Keep the adjustable trailer dolly clean and free of road dirt. 自动小车操作说明以及注意事项
一、功能说明
①本小车可实现本地运行和远程运行转换功能。

②主控制箱为本小车上安装的控制箱,仅为检修调试或通讯中断时使用,转换开关必须时刻置于本地状态。

③副控制箱为墙上控制箱,也即为岗位人员操作箱;卸料小车副控制箱开关置为本地状态可实现手动运行;副控制箱开关置为远程状态即可实现PLC自动运行。

二、现场操作步骤
●操作人员必须对卸料小车主控箱本地/远程转换开关进行检查,确
保转换开关置于远程状态;如检修或通讯失灵时将主控箱开关置于本地状态;在面板上进行操作,如左行/停止/右行、左下料/右下料或紧急停止
●开机以前操作人员必须检查下料口,确保下料口下方下料在正常
位置
●副控箱:如要操作请打到“本地”;看变频“备妥”是否亮灯。

●以上条件均具备的情况下,方可呼叫,按下位置编号按钮小车,
小车自动判断左行/右行,到位时小车自动停止并抱闸。

●小车就位后,在启动皮带,按“启动”皮带运行,按”停止“皮
带停止
●操作人员必须时常检查小车运行情况发现紧急情况时如要停车,
拍下主控箱上的“急停”按钮即可停止所以操作。

拍下小车上的
急停按钮则停止小车上的所以操作。

停机后:操作人员必须将主控制箱转换开关置为检修或拍下急停,防止误操作。

3一、设备特点1、垃圾装卸方式:将挂桶提升装置托板放下,将垃圾桶推至挂桶装置上,通过操作设备的,可将垃圾桶内垃圾倒入垃圾箱内。

在设计的前期通过到实际使用现场去调研使用的实际情况和需求、通过书籍网络等的渠道查阅相关的资料以及向从事自动化行业的相关人员了解实际情况来一步步的对物流行业的自动化的需求和使用方面进行了了解和分析。

根据调研到的一家公司的实际使用需求作为本设计的设计场景,即在实际使用中产品的尺寸,运输储存的要求等进行设计参数的制定以及针对这些参数进行了方案的设计;然后根据所制定的方案采用逆向构造的方式来进行整体的结构设计,即从最终要实现的运输存放功能以及产品的各种参数作为设计的起点,反向推导设计出各个结构、各个模块,以及对各个结构的标准件进行计算选型。

最后,对所设计的零部件和使用的标准件进行了装配,得到最后整体的模型。

在这个过程中,本设计的核心要点有两个:第一个是基于实际使用现场进行了设计的向导,使得最终的设计更加符合实际生产使用的要求,可以直接对接到实际应用当中,而不是一般的道听途说的进行设计,使得设计纸上谈兵、夸夸其谈;第二个就是采用了逆向构造的思维方式进行设计,这种设计方法更具指向性和目的性,使得设计更加贴合与使用场景和需求,而不是按照虚拟的参数进行设计,从而避免了在设计过程中因为某部分设计过量或不足而造成的多次重复的修改以及再次过程中所造成的时间的浪费。

皮带机卸料小车说明书

一、用途特点卸料车用于将TD75、DTII型系列胶带输送机输送的物料卸到输送机中部的任意点,以最大范围利用场地堆积物料或分配物料。

该卸料小车具有结构紧凑合理、使用可靠、寿命长、维修方便、维护成本低等特点,广泛用于矿山、电力、冶金、煤炭、港口、建材等行业。

二、工作原理卸料车是通过车上的电动机经减速器、链条带动行走轮使小车可在输送机机架的导轨上来回移动,输送机输送的物料到达小车位置后落入小车的卸料漏斗中,从而达到在输送机中部任意点卸料的目的。

三、结构组成卸料车主要由车架、滚筒组、托辊组、驱动装置、行轮组、漏斗等组成。

四、安装、调试运行(一)安装卸料车整机安装与初步调试在厂内完成,现场只需将小车放置在机架导轨上,并将输送带穿过小车的的滚筒、托辊组,使输送带形成经头部的传动滚筒、尾部的改向滚筒、卸料车的环绕形式即可。

(二)调试运行在完成输送带连接、小车电缆布置等工作后,即可按以下步聚进行调试:(1)开机前要检查减速器是否已加润滑油,周围是否存在小车行走时会碰撞的障碍物,确认无误后才可开机。

(2)第一次开机时应以点动的方式进行,以检查小车的制动器是否调整合适。

(3)小车在机架导轨上行走第一遍时,应采用点动方式进行,一来可防止与可能存在的障碍物发生过度碰撞,二来可以在小车行走的同时检查导轨与小车行走轮间的配合情况以及小车各部件运行状况。

(4)以上操作确认正常后,小车可进行在导轨上达到任意点的测试,测试主要是观察小车行走的灵活、可靠性,行走轮与导轨配合情况,输送机机身的刚度情况等,然后根据测试情况进行必要的调整。

(5)经以上调试合格后,小车即可投入使用。

五、操作规程与维护1、应指定专人进行操作、维护。

2、要注意安全,开机前应观察小车周围无人后方可开机。

3、每天停机后要检查一遍设备,清理并排除影响设备正常工作及寿命的不利因素,如散落在设备上的灰尘、石料,清理导轨周边的散落等。

4、要定期检查设备各部件间连接紧固件是否松动并及时拧紧,定期给轴承加润滑脂,给传动链条加润滑油。

本安装说明书,主要叙述了物料运输车的安装部分及正常维护、保养。

在安装前,谨请认真阅读本安装说明书及随机安装图纸,同时,请您在熟读本产品安全注意事项和要求的基础上进行安装。

注意·安装电动物料运输车必须是具有专业资质的安装单位。

·请将此安装说明书在安装时交安装单位。

·安装说明书中的示图,是代表图例,与到货的产品可能有所不同,请以随机图纸为准。

危险·请电气工程人员进行接线作业。

·急停及安全装置安装完后,请务必检查动作是否有效。

·严禁无操作证作业。

·绝对不允许自行改造电动物料运输车的任何部位。

1.概述电动物料运输车是一种有轨运行的物料输送系统,适用于室内。

由操作者通过设置的遥控器来控制整台车的运作,完成物料在不同位置之间的输送。

电动物料运输车是与相关圆柱容器配套使用,因此本产品是一种用途比较单一的物料输送车。

产品外形如下图物料输送车主要有大车、小车、转运车、物料支架、起升机构、悬臂梁机构、运行机构、液压机构、电气设备等9部分组成。

各部分的结构特点如下:1)大车、小车及转运车:大车由主梁和端梁构成,小车由端梁和小车架构成,转运车由端梁和横梁构成。

大车主梁采用标准型材H型钢;小车架是由型钢组焊而成;转运车横梁由板材焊接而成;大小车端梁都是由矩形管制作。

大车主.端梁,小车端梁及小车架,转运车端梁及横梁均是通过高强度螺栓连接在一起。

2)物料支架:物料支架主要是用来支撑料桶,支架上的弯板弧度是根据料桶直径的大小而定,因此物料支架的使用是有约束条件的。

物料支架上橡胶垫的设置满足了物料桶吊装时缓冲的要求,同时对物料桶也有一定的防滑作用。

由于不同规格的物料桶其直径有所不同,橡胶垫也可在一定的挤压变形来适应直径不大的变化。

3)起升机构:起升机构使用同步一出四电动液压千斤顶,其中使用了负载敏感节流阀使四个液压缸的误差小于5mm。

在减小整车外行尺寸的同时也保证了四个液压缸的同步性。

4)旋臂梁机构:旋臂梁是在大车定位后,旋臂梁搭接在料仓内轨道梁(或转运车端梁)和大车主梁上,使小车能够进入料仓(或转运车),完成料桶支架和料桶的卸载。

旋臂梁的源动力是液压马达减速器。

5)运行机构:大车运行机构采用分别驱动装置。

采用分别驱动,省去了中间传动轴,因此自重轻,部件的分组性好,安装和维修方便。

小车及转运车运行机构采用四驱,有效地解决了车轮的打滑问题,很好得提供了车轮的同步性。

6)液压机构:液压机构是起升机构和旋臂梁机构的源动力。

液压机构工作中有一个同步一出四电动液压千斤顶,一个同步一出四手动液压千斤顶和两个液压马达减速器。

设置手动液压千斤顶的目的是为了保证在电动出现故障时起升机构仍能使用。

液压机构的使用和操作具体见液压机构使用说明书。

7)电气设备:本产品为遥控器操作的形式。

电机采用德国SEW“三合一”电机,制动方式为电磁制动,并配备手动释放装置,电机各项性能参数均符合国际标准,详见有关发货资料。

物料运输小车的摆杆机构,起升机构,运行机构,液压机构均设置有开关安全保护装置。

小车的供电方式为拖链供电,大车及转运车为安全滑线供电,从而有效保证了系统供电的稳定性和可靠性。

控制柜主要元器件采用国外知名品牌,如西门子、施耐德。

2.安装调试a)停放电动物料运输车的地点,应保证地面结实,并要使桥架放平,避免产生变形。

b)物料运输车安装前应对运行轨道进行测量,测量其跨度及误差、标高及误差、接头间隙及偏差等。

若测量值超过国家相关规范,则应对轨道进行相应调整,以使其达到国家规范要求,否则轨道安装问题也可导致物料运输车不能正常使用。

公差的国家标准如下:(1)轨道跨度公差±3mm(2)轨道标高公差±5mm(两轨道平行度)(3)轨道接头公差1-2mm(接头距离)(4)轨道弯曲公差:±3mm(5)轨道倾斜度:1/1000L—1/2000Lmm(L为轨道长度)c)按下图所示将主、端梁用高强度螺栓副连接起来,每个螺栓副包括1条螺栓、1个螺母、2个平垫。

应注意此处螺栓为专用螺栓,必须用力矩扳手达到规定的力矩。

主梁同横梁连接方式如图2所示,连接面在组装前应清理毛刺、油污及锈蚀。

d)物料运输车大车部分放在轨道上后,再把小车部分放在主梁的轨道上待小车部分调整完毕后才能把物料支架放置在小车上面。

e)物料运输车的供电系统放置于车体上方,由C型轨、电缆滑车及扁电缆构成,确保供电系统能够随物料车平稳移动,安全供电。

f)物料运输车的电源导电架焊接在主梁边缘,确保能可靠的为物料车供电。

g)液压站安装:液压站放置在由槽钢焊接而成的支架上,支架与大车主梁支架螺栓连接。

液压油管用安装接头安装在液压站上,用安装夹在大车上固定好,油管不能有打结现象。

图 2h)控制柜安装:控制柜安装在液压站对侧的支架上,以螺栓固定,保证其稳定性。

i)拖链安装:拖链的一端固定在两根主梁间的拖链支架上,另一端固定在小车上,液压油管、小车电源线及部分控制电缆装在拖链里,安装完成后应在拖链外部边缘焊接若干支撑杆,防止拖链在运行过程中因为自重滑落至地面与其他部件引起干涉,损坏拖链,并确保拖链在小车运行过程中不会与小车有干涉,能顺利进出料仓并装卸容器。

j)运行电机安装:本产品运行电动机为交流笼式电动机,采用电磁制动,其制动器采用由加速线圈BS和保持线圈TS组成的双线圈系统。

当电动机接通电源时,加速线圈在高起动电流下接通,随后保持线圈接通。

这样当制动器释放时,响应时间相当短,制动盘动作相当迅速,电机几乎是在没有任何制动摩擦下起动的。

制动器如在使用过程中需要调整,请参看电机使用说明书,但必须保证两侧电机制动一致。

3.试车:a)电动物料运输车安装就位后,应按照图纸进行电气部分的接线,控制柜、大小车及转运车运行电机、限位开关、大车电源、小车电源、转运车电源、液压机构等。

b)应按照液压机构的使用说明书为液压站加注液压油。

c)接线完毕后,检查整车电路,确保无误后通电。

d)接通电动物料运输车的电源(在控制柜里)。

e)按照遥控器上标明的运动方向测试接线是否正确(要求点动)。

f)如各个方向正确无误,则需进行长距离运转试验,包括上升、下降、旋臂放、旋臂收、前进、后退、左行、右行。

g)限位调试。

h)不得超过电动物料运输车铭牌上所规定的载重量。

i)本电动物料运输车不适用于在有火危险,爆炸危险的介质中和相对湿度大于85%,充满腐蚀气体场所工作,以及用来搬运熔化金属和有毒易燃易爆物品。

4.使用a)当物料车电源接通以后,在遥控器上按下启动按键,主接触器吸合,各机构通电,大小车变频器准备工作,触摸屏正常显示。

b)在触摸屏的开始界面上点击“进入”键,会进入主菜单界面。

在主菜单界面上有“系统选择”和“限位状态指示”两个选择菜单,点击“系统选择”可以进入系统选择界面,在系统选择界面中分别有对应的各个仓位的按键,当需要装料时,按下相应的仓位按键,此时仓位指示灯亮,仓位选择完成。

按下“返回”键,回到主菜单,点击“自动选择”键,自动指示灯亮,在确认“手动选择”处于关闭位置后,点击“运行开关”键,当运行指示灯亮起后,大车便自动以高速前往所选择的仓位,同时操作台上大车运行指示灯亮。

当大车接近所料仓选时,大车开始减速以中速运行,在到达指定区域后,大车低速对位,在对位完成后,大车运行指示灯灭,大车定位指示灯亮,提示定位完成,可进行下一步动作。

在大车定位完成后,操作者应点击“运行开关”键,使之弹起,防止误操作大车运行。

c)大车定位完成后,根据小车上有无料桶时进行操作;此时可操作料桶上升或下降动作。

d)在操作料桶上升时,料桶升指示灯亮,料桶上升电磁阀通电,升降油缸动作,在料桶升至指定高度后,限位开关动作,料筒升指示灯灭,电磁阀断电,升降油缸停止上升,此时可操作旋臂梁机构。

e)按下过轨左放或过轨右放后,悬臂放下电磁阀通电,悬臂液压电机动作,在旋臂旋转至预定位置后,限位开关输出信号,指示灯灭,电磁阀断电,悬臂液压电机停止动作,这时旋臂梁旋转到位,可进行小车的操作。

f)按下小车左行(右行)按键后,小车运行指示灯亮,小车左行(右行)移动到仓内。

在小车行进到指定位置后,左仓限位开关(右仓限位开关)输出信号,小车定位指示灯亮,小车运行到位,停止前进,此时可进行料桶的操作。

根据有无料桶时进行料筒升降操作。

g)按下料桶下降按键,料桶降指示灯亮,料筒下降电磁阀通电,升降油缸下降。

当放下料桶至指定位置时,限位开关输出信号,升降油缸停止下降,料桶降指示灯灭,此时可操作小车回到大车上。

h)在小车运行回到大车上以后,在预定位置,光电开关输出信号,小车停止前进,指示灯亮,可进行旋臂梁的收回。

i)在进行旋臂梁收回时,悬臂收回电磁阀通电,当旋臂旋转到预定位置后,限位开关输出信号,指示灯灭,悬臂收回电磁阀断电,此时可操作大车运行去其他仓位或者返回至起点位置。

j)当需运行至其他仓位时,先按下主菜单上的“仓位取消”键,取消上一次所选择仓位,然后进行仓位选择步骤,然后重复上面的步骤。

当需要返回起点时,先按下主菜单上得“仓位取消”键,取消上一次所选择仓位,然后按下“返回起点”键,大车便自动回到所设的起点位置。

k)主菜单上的“限位状态指示”键,在点击后进入就能查看当前情况下,整车上的所有限位及感应开关的状态,当出现故障时可查看限位状态,看其是否满足运行条件,是否需要更换。

l)在触摸屏的开始界面上除了“进入”,还有“讯响器”、“位置状态”、“整车状态查看”等键。

当大车运行时,如果现场有其他工作人员,按下“讯响器”键,这时就会发出警告铃声,提醒其他人注意避让,安全运行。

按下“位置状态键”键,就能进入位置显示界面,其上有分别有实际位置、目标位置和距离三个数字框,可分别显示当前大车所在位置、所选取仓位的位置和大车与所选仓位之间的距离值,便于操作人员检查大车停止位置是否与所选仓位一致。

按下“整车状态查看”键,进入整车运行状态界面,当在操作任何机构动作时,都可以查看其是否有相对应的动作。

如果操作无动作时,如果触摸屏上对应指示灯亮,则表示PLC 系统有输出,此时检查电源或者控制回路。

m)物料运输车使用激光测距仪进行大车的测距及定位,激光测距仪利用对面的墙壁及反光纸进行测距。

在大车运行过程中应避免其指示光源受到人为干扰,影响测距的传输值,操作人员在操作过程中应注意观察,提醒现场其他工作人员远离光源反射区域。

(注意:为了保证定位的精确度,激光测距仪的镜头及反光纸应保持干净,工作人员要时常清理其表面的灰尘和其它杂质,保持清洁)。
