人的目光往往聚焦在引领众人前进的先锋身上。
这些引领者在一场场活动中收获无数的鲜花和掌声，也面临着众多的质疑和挑战。
人们往往忽视那些执着的参与者，总认为没有举起奖杯的他们无比平庸。
没有这些渺小的人们聚集成庞大的分母，那些屹立在尖端的分母，荣耀从何而来？参与即有收获，我们怎能轻易断言，他们的收获便少于第一名？
对于世界文学来说，诺贝尔文学奖地位超群，这是一项所有书店，所有读者十分关注的奖项。
它几乎决定了书架上谁的书该摆得更多，谁又是今年的流行方向。
随着新一年诺奖的颁出，村上春树被宣告连续六年陪跑诺贝尔文学奖。
颁奖前的热门人选在此刻重新失了热议的“价值”。
他又成了那个可怜的参与者。

每一项活动中，总有千姿百态的身影。

而我窃以为，无论何时，无论何地，无论领头也好，群众也罢，总该挥动行动的旗帜，做行动上的巨人，而非言语上的投机者。
讷于言，敏于行者，方有拨开历史风尘的睫毛，穿透未来篇章的瞳孔。
挥舞行动的旗帜，从不旁观，从不评头品足。
旁观评论之人，不会懂得在实践的田野中挥汗如雨的畅快，不曾体味困难重重时绞尽脑汁的苦楚，不曾焦急经历踟蹰不前的瓶颈，更不能理解丰收时溢于言表的喜悦。
或只是抱胸于前，或尖酸讪笑实践者的行动。

雅斯贝尔斯在《时代的精神状况》中提到：“几代人的精神风貌不断地降低水准，其结局就是外在炫示代替真实的存在，喋喋不休的喧嚷代替了真正的知识传播。
”因此面对同一项活动，不同的人总有不同表现，这是时代对每个人的映射。
站在同一项活动面前，有人领导、有人跟随、有人旁观、有人置疑，但至少他们都予以关注。
我却以为，作为时代的一份子，我们不能只拥有关注的眼光，更要有深入参与的精神。
其实，不同的人的不同做法折射了每个人不同的能力。
领导者有洞察天下、运筹帷幄的能力，参与者有用心关注、贡献力量的精神，而批评者也有置疑反对的权利。
正如早前推出的中国雾霾调查《穹顶之下》，柴静用其对环境问题的高度关注与极好的口才和实践能力成为领导者，呼吁全民投身环保建设活动；而广大中国民众也用自己的双眼和手中的相机为中国筑起环保之墙。
当中自然也不乏批评的声音，甚至有人恶语攻击柴静。
每个人都在关注，每个人都凭借自己的能力参与到活动当中。
不可否认的是，活动本身的一些限制也阻碍了人们的参与，人们的不同做法，是对死气沉沉的规定指令的控诉，是对公平公开的渴望与期待。
纵使我们有高涨的参与热情，但面对严格无情的体制机制，我们的声音又有何大用？最终这些事实也只会成为刘瑜笔下那“房间里的大象”罢了。
19世纪，面对西方列强的殖民掠夺与殖民扩张，清政府屈膝投降，压制国人抵抗情绪，甚至开门揖盗，联合外贼扼杀太平天国运动，义和团运动最终也被严厉镇压。
因此我们需要开放需要公平，需要不仅是关注的参与机会！
也许我们无法改变如今的时代轨迹，但我们可以努力贡献出自己的力量，参与到活动中，不仅仅成为旁观者。
詹妮特·温特森在《守望灯塔》中写到：“没有什么能被忘记，也没有什么会失去。
”时代会记住我们的参与：我们不能忘记奔赴西非参与病毒抗争的埃博拉战士；我们不能忘记参与与“伊斯兰国”的血战而逝去的每一个生命；我们不能忘记参与马航艘救行动中的每一滴汗水和泪水……唯有参与，才能懂得活动带来的欢笑与感动；唯有参与，方能改变！
简贞在《眼中人》中说：“旧与新、往昔与现在，并不是敌对关系，它们在时光行程中相互辨认，以美为最后依归。
”我们虽已无法收回昔日冰冷的旁观目光，但如今我们应成为时代的参与者，用手中的参与权，捍卫这个世界。
