On desperate seas long wont to roam,Thy hyacinth hair,thy classic face,Thy Naiad airs have brought me home To the glory that was Greece. And the grandeur that was Rome. Lo! in yon brilliant window-niche How statue-like I see thee stand! The agate lamp within thy hand,Ah! Psyche from the regions which Are Holy Land! She Walks In Beauty——George Gordon Byron She walks in beauty, like the night Of cloudless climes and starry skies;And all that’s best of dark and bright Meet in her aspect and her eyes;Thus mellowed to that tender light Which heaven to gaudy day denies. One shade more, one ray less, Had half impaired the nameless grace Which waves i n every raven tress, Or softly lightens o’er her face;Where thoughts serenely sweet express How pure, how dear their dwelling-place. Annabel Lee----Edgar Allan PoeIt was many and many a year ago,In a kingdom by the sea,That a maiden there lived whom you may knowBy the name of ANNABEL LEE;And this maiden she lived with no other thoughtThan to love and be loved by me.She was a child and I was a child,In this kingdom by the sea;But we loved with a love that was more than loveI and my Annabel Lee;With a love that the winged seraphs of heaven Coveted her and me.And this was the reason that,long ago,In this kingdom by the sea,A wind blew out of a cloud by night chilling my Annabel Lee;So that her highborn kinsman cameAnd bore her away from me,To shut her up in a sepulchreIn this kindom by the sea.The angels ,not half so happy in the heaven,Went evnying her and meYes!That was the reason(as all men know,in this kingdom by the sea)That the wind came out of the cloud,Chilling and killing my Annabel Lee.But our love it was stronger by far than the loveOf those who were older than weOf many far wiser than weAnd neither the angels in heaven above,Nor the demons down under the sea,Can ever dissever my soulfrom the soulOf the beautiful Annabel Lee.For the moon never beams without bringing me dreamsOf the beautiful Annalbel Lee;And the stars never rise but I see the bright eyesOf the beautiful Annabel Lee;And so,all the night-tide ,I lie down by the sideOf my darling ,my darling ,my life and my bride,In the sepulchre there by the sea,In her tomb by the side of the sea.

田野复苏吐出芳草绿绿;

What though the field be lost?
All is not lost; the unconquerable will, 遗存有:不可征压之意志,
And study of revenge, the immortal hate, And courage never to submit or yield.
And what is else never to be overcome?

The glory never shall his wrath or might extort from me.
To bow and sue for grace

它在六月里初开;

我爱你是那么深切;

到太阳把岩石烧化;

让我和你小别片刻;

六月初开韵晓风;

直到四海海水枯;

比如:thou=you(主格,“你”,相当于中文古字“君”或“卿”),thee=you(宾格,“你”,亦相当于中文古字“君”或“卿”),fare thee well=farewell to you=say good-bye to you(“再见”)

如:luve=love(“爱人”,“爱”), melodie=melody(“乐曲”), gane=gone(“逝去”), ware=were(are过去式,“是”)。
