1580带钢厂加热炉点火烘炉方案1、总论烘炉是耐火浇注料使用效果好坏的关键环节。
其作用是排除浇注料中游离水、物理水及结晶水。
合理的烘炉可以提高窑炉的使用寿命。
否则,水份排除不畅通可使浇注料产生裂纹、剥落,甚至引起爆裂事故。
1.1 防止低温时火焰直接烘烤到炉体上,造成炉体、炉顶剥落,在点火前要考虑防护措施。
1.2 烘炉燃料以转炉煤气为点火源,以柴油和棉纱(由业主提供)等引燃,由发包方提供气源和引燃介质。
1.3 烘炉时应严格控制炉温及升温速度,必须按烘炉曲线进行烘炉,严格上个温度点不超过±30℃,以±10℃为宜。
1.4 烘炉开始后,不得随意停止和中断烘炉。
如果遇到特殊情况要求中断烘炉时,对炉子进行降温须谨慎进行。
重新升温时必须按照烘炉制度重新开始。
1.5 注意保持炉膛内温度均匀分布,并均匀升温。
1.6 烘炉开始后,应定时全面检查炉体,并注意引风机运转正常及烟囱冒烟的状况,如果烘炉600℃保温结束后,炉子炉缝隙滴水或冒汽严重,则不易立即升温,应继续在该温度保温(时间现场决定)。
2、烘炉前应具备的条件2.1 加热炉全部砌筑工程验收合格,炉顶木楔去掉。
2.2 步进机械、进料、出料等正常运转。
2.3 换向阀单机试车合格。
2.4 换向阀、调节阀、安全显示、报警、联锁按设计要求调试合格。
2.5 煤气管道试压、试漏合格。
2.6 煤气管道吹扫放散系统验收合格。
2.7 施工时炉内墙、外墙、一切杂物塑料纸等全部清理干净。
2.8炉子净环水系统投入使用。
2.9炉前管道各阀门处于关闭状态,(包括放散、吹扫、放水、取压阀)逐个检查、记录在册。
2.10测温、测压系统正常、待用。
2.11炉内确认无人。
2.12炉外道路畅通。
2.14仪表自动化系统安装完毕,冷试调合格。
2.15炉前煤气管道取样、防爆试验合格,煤气系统待用。
2.16准备烘炉用钢坯(业主操作)3、烘炉程序(此部分可与业主商讨后决定)升温速度、时间,保温速度、时间参见烘炉曲线(以耐材厂家提供为准)。

Regenerative Square melting furnace baking furnace operate regulationAfter industry stove being completed, it must be baked before putting it into producing. Baking furnace should be operated in accordance with the pre-arranged baking furnace curve, the purpose of which are to make the furnace become dry and complete, and make the transformation of furnace lining complete. The process of baking furnace forbids to against the operate regulation, which avoids the furnace lining becoming cracked and peeled that will influence the usage lifetime of furnace lining. The baking furnaces operate regulations of the furnaces, which are completely repaired, half-completely repaired and doesn’t work for a long time just like the new furnace operate regulation.1.The preparation before baking furnaces:(1)After the new stove being completed, there is enough maintenance before baking furnace. The time ofmaintenance: in winter≥6 days, in summer≥3 days. The furnace lining should take the natural maintenance (including brick body, roof, shaft furnace and so on). Forbid to water. The maintenance temperature is 20-35℃.After maintenance, you can start to bake furnace.(2)Furnace inside and smoke way should be cleaned thoroughly without broken-up bricks, dusts and other things.(3)Every part of the stove must be checked completely. Especial the oil-providing system, wind-providing systemand measurement- controlling system must operate normally. At the same time, you should check the furnace body, especially confirm that if there is any trouble in arch roof.(4)Prepare the fuel and other temporary heating apparatus.2.Baking furnaces:(1)Baking furnaces curve(2)The Announcements of baking furnace:A.Baking furnace must be continuously, which must obey the aim that heating gradually, preserving temperatureappropriately, inside and outside dry completely. Forbid parts-bursting taking place.B.The full time of baking furnace should ≥200h. In winter, the time of baking furnace should extend 20%.C.When the furnace is baked by wood, it is very easy to cause bursting because touching flames directly alwayscauses parts temperature goes up quickly. We must protect it.D.When the furnace is baked by electricity, three-phase source shall be led into the furnace hearth from thefurnace door, the electric heater shall be placed in the middle part of furnace bottom, and be lifted up to about 500mm by insulating bricks. While the electric heater is adopted, the warning board shall be placed near to the furnace door to avoid electric shock.E.When the furnace is backed by nature gas or LPG, place the burner (adopt diffusion type or big breath type) inthe grid built by insulating brick, which is for dispersing the flame to avoid temperature quick increasing of direct contacting part of furnace, which could result in crack. Please pay attention to the temperature change, and adjust gas flow at any time to control temperature increasing speed and holding time.F.Please use electric heating apparatus or gas fuels to bake when the inside temperature is 350℃; You wouldbetter use electric heating apparatus or gas fuels to bake when the temperature is from 350℃to 600℃. When the conditions are limited, you can use small wood-fire to bake; when the temperature is from 600℃to 1000℃, please use a heat preservation burner to bake; when the inside temperature is 600℃, you may use the burner only used for baking furnace to bake.G.When the furnace is baked, you should measure the temperature in time, and design factual baking furnacecarve graph. It is appropriate to install measure-point in the fire mouth where the burner is melted.H.If the furnace temperature is higher greatly than the provided temperature, you must preserve heat at once, butyou cannot lower the temperature.I.Please adopt the measure to assure the declining range of furnace temperature is the lowest when bakingfurnace is stopped by accidents.J.In the process of baking furnace, please closely observe the circumstance of overflowing about every part of furnace body; if the heating is evenly and the circumstance of the inflation of furnace body and so on.K.After baking furnace, you can put it into production.In order to guarantee safe and effective operation of the equipment, you are requested to bake the furnace in accordance to this regulation strictly, otherwise, it may cause furnace top cracking, spalling, bursting and collapse during baking, which shall bring unnecessary losses to the user.。

烘炉方案

1.烘炉方案1.1.烘炉目的1)在设备安装或设备大修(耐火材料重新砌筑)后均应进行烘炉,通过烘炉将筑炉过程中,进入耐火材料砌体和浇注料浇注体中的游离水份逐步清排出去,保证耐火材料不因温度剧变而爆裂或内裂。
2)保证焚烧系统衬里与设备本体紧密结合,使炉体(回转窑、二燃室、余热锅炉、急冷塔)及烟道的内衬体中的水分排出。
3)进一步核实耐火材质的质量和炉衬施工质量,使其满足正常使用的要求。
1.2.方案编制依据1)工业锅炉砌筑后的养护及烘炉常规方法;2)耐火材料供货方提供的浇注料养护及烘烤施工说明;3)耐火砖供货方提供的烘烤温度曲线及操作说明。
4)焚烧系统设备、仪表、电气设备的使用说明。
1.3.烘炉工艺流程简述点火烘炉前首先检查是否具备烘炉条件,并对相关操作人员进行烘炉操作和烘炉安全培训。
点火前必须完成燃烧器、回转窑、冷却水泵、锅炉给水泵、急冷泵、洗涤泵、预冷泵、风机等关键设备的冷态试车。
烘炉燃料采用天然气,点火前将锅炉加水到运行状态,启动引风机,正常后点燃,系统开始升温。
通过增减燃料量及回转窑和二燃室的供风量来控制炉膛的温度,按照烘炉曲线维持转窑和二燃室的温度。
烘炉中产生的烟气经过余热锅炉冷却后,进入急冷塔进一步降低温度,控制温度170~190℃,经过干式脱酸塔、布袋除尘器、引风机、预冷器、洗涤除雾塔后由烟囱排放大气。
余热锅炉产生的饱和蒸汽直接排放。
随着回转窑和二燃室温度的升高按要求逐步启动系统设备,并按要求转动回转窑,定时巡检正在运转的设备,按要求做好烘炉记录和设备巡检记录。
1.4.烘炉条件1)岗位操作人员培训合格上岗,基本具备独立操作能力;2)关键设备单机试运转完毕;3)各仪表安装方式正确,控制回路调校合格;4)检查各设备的人孔门、炉门等是否处于关闭状态;5)各转动设备内是否存在异物(如:出灰机等);6)与烘炉有关的各种液路、气路畅通;7)公用工程(给水、排水、电)准备齐全,具备使用条件。
8)焚烧车间内安全、消防系统具备使用条件。

烘炉方案Boiler Refractory Preheating Scheme1、烘炉的目的:1.Purpose of Boiler Refractory Preheating由于新安装的锅炉,在炉墙材料中及砌筑过程中吸收了大量的水份,如与高温烟气接触,则炉墙中含有的水份因为温差过大,急剧蒸发,产生大量的蒸汽,进而因为蒸汽的急剧膨胀,导致炉墙变形、开裂。
同时烘炉可以加速完成炉墙材料的物理、化学变化进程,使其趋于稳定,以利用日后锅炉在高温状态下可靠的工作。
所以,新安装的锅炉在正式投产前,必须对炉墙进行缓慢烘炉,使炉墙中的水份缓慢逸出,确保炉墙热态运行的质量。
The newly installed boiler refractory containing plenty of moisture in furnace wall material and during the process of masonry, if heated by the high temperature smoke, the moisture contained in furnace wall shall evaporate sharply because of excessive temperature difference, generating a lot of steam, thus resulting in the furnace wall to be out of shape and crack due to the sharp expansion of the steam. The Preheating can accelerate the physical and chemical transformation progress of the furnace wall material, making it to be stable, in order to utilize the boiler’s reliable work under the condition of high temperature in the future. Therefore, the furnace wall must be preheated slowly before the newly installed boiler is formally put into production, making the moisture in the furnace wall evaporate slowly to ensure the quality of hot operation for the furnace wall.2、烘炉应具备的条件:2.Conditions required for preheating:2.1、锅炉管路已全部安装完毕,水压试验合格2.1 All the boiler pipeline has been completed installation, hydraulic test is qualified.2.2、炉墙砌筑及保温工作已全部结束,并已验收合格。
2.2 All the furnace brickwork and insulation work has been finished and accepted inspection.2.3、烟风道都已安装完毕,送引风机均已安装调试合格,能投入运行。

2.4 The thermotechnical electrical instruments required for furnace preheating have been installed and calibrated to be qualified.2.5、已按规定要求,在过热器中部两侧安置了灰浆取样点。
各浇注料炉墙处放置了相同材料的试样。
2.5 Have set mortar sampling points on both sides in the middle part of superheater as per the specified requirements. Set test sample for the same material at each castable brickwork location.2.6、烘炉用的木柴及各种工具(包括检查、现场照明等)都已准备完毕。
2.6 The firewood and all kinds of instruments (including inspection, Site lighting, etc.) for preheating have been prepared and ready to serve.2.7、烘炉用的设施全部安装好,并将与烘炉无关的其它临时设施全部拆除,场地清理干净。
2.7 All the facilities required for preheating have been installed. Remove all the other temporary facilities irrelevant with furnace preheating, clean up the site.2.8、烘炉人员都已经过培训合格,并排列值班表,按要求准时到岗。
2.8 The preheating staff have been trained to be qualified. Arrange duty schedule, and work on time according to the requirements.3、烘炉工艺:3. Industrial art for preheating:(1)、根据本锅炉的结构特点可采用火焰烘炉方法。
①烘炉时间定为15天,燃料为木柴,利用燃烧的热辐射烘干炉墙,初时用小火,后期用大火烘烤。
②第一天炉膛出口排烟温度应低于50℃,以后每天温升不超过20℃,末期最高温度<220℃,保温2~3天。
③所有烟温均以过热器前的烟温为准。
④操作人员每隔1小时记录一次烟温,严格按要求控制烟温确保烘炉质量。
(1) According to the structure of this boiler, flame preheating method can be adopted.①The preheating time is set to be 15 days, the fuel is firewood. Use the thermal radiationof the fuel to dry the furnace wall, at the beginning use soft fire, later use mass fire tobake.②On the first day, the exhaust temperature at the furnace cavity exit should be below50℃,later on temperature rising no more than 20℃ every day. The highest temperature<220℃ at the last phase, heat preservation 2~3days.③All the smoke temperature should be subject to the one before the superheater.④The operator should record the smoke temperature every other one hour, control thetemperature strictly according to the requirement to ensure the preheating quality.(2)、烘炉的具体操作:①流化床上装上厚300mm左右的底料,底料颗粒粒径在0~8mm之间。
(0-3,30%,3-5,40%,5-8,30%)燃值2000Kcle/kg以下②用脱盐水经给水系统向汽包内进水,并轮流打开各排污阀门疏水、排污、冲洗锅炉受热面及汽水系统和各阀门。
③通过炉水取样装置,取炉水样分析,确认水质达标后,停止冲洗关闭各疏水、排污阀门。
④向汽包内缓慢送水,水位控制在标准水位±20mm。
⑤烘炉前,应适当打开各灰门和炉门,以便及时排除炉内的潮气。
⑥将木柴置于流化床上点燃,打开引风机挡板,关闭所有炉门、看火门。
前期烘炉不启动引风机、一、二次风机,后期视升温情况确定,是否启动引风机。
开始时温升控制不大于10℃/天,高过前出口烟温最高不大于220℃,并在此温度下持续时间不少于一昼夜。
(风室放置木柴与炉膛同时点燃)⑦打开省煤器再循环阀门,过热器、减温器集箱疏水阀、过热器出口集箱对空排汽阀。
⑧定期检查各膨胀指示器、水位计,确保锅炉运行正常,如有异常发现,应及时汇报,妥善处理。
⑨由灰浆取样处取样进行含水率分析,当灰浆含水率≤7%时,浇注料试样含水率≤1%时表明烘炉已达要求,后期可转入加药煮炉阶段。
煮炉结束后,取样点的样品含水率≦2.5%,浇注料试样含水率≤0.5%时,且炉墙各部分无开裂、变形等异常情况,烘炉合格结束。
(2) Specific operations for preheating :①Put base material (about 300mm in thickness) on the fluidized bed, diameter of thebase material particle between 0~8mm. (0-3,30%,3-5,40%,5-8,30%) burningvalue below 2000Kcle/kg.②Fill in the drums with desalted water through the water supply system. Open eachblowdown valve for drainage, pollution discharge, flushing heating surface of theboiler and vapour-water system and each valve in turn.③Take furnace water sample for analyzing through furnace water sampling device.After confirm the water to be qualified, stop flushing and close up each drainage andblowdown valve.④Slowly fill water into the drum, control the water level ±20mm of the standard level.⑤Before preheating, open each ash door and furnace door in order to eliminate themoisture in the furnace in time.⑥Put the firewood on the fluidized bed and ignite, then open the baffle of the draughtfan, shut all the furnace doors and peep door. At the early stage, do not start thedraught fan, the primary air fan and the secondary air fan when preheating furnace; atthe later stage determine whether to start up the draught fan according to the status oftemperature rising. At the beginning, the temperature rising should be controlled tono more than 10℃ per day, higher than the smoke temperature at the front exit butthe highest no more than 220℃, and continue no less than one day & night under thistemperature. (Ignite the firewood placed in the wind box and the furnace cavitysimultaneously.)⑦Open the recycle valve for the coal economizer, superheater, temperature reducerheader drain valve, superheater output header exhausting valve.⑧Check each expansion indicator and water level gauge periodically to ensure theboiler to work normally; if finding some abnormal phenomenon, should report timelyand handle in a proper way.⑨Take sample from the mortar sampling place and carry out moisture content analysis.When the moisture content of the mortar ≤7%, moisture content of the castablesample ≤1%, the furnace preheating has been up to grade, later can shift to dosingand boiling out stage. After the boiling out is finished, when the moisture content ofthe sample from the sampling point ≦2.5%, the moisture content of castable sample≤0.5%, and there are no abnormal situation such as cracking, deformation of eachpart of the furnace wall, preheating is up to standard and complete.(3)、烘炉注意事项:①烘炉时,不得用烈火烘烤,温度的升速应缓慢均匀,要求最大升温速度小于20℃/天。
