一、产品概述
玉米花是一种老幼皆宜喜欢大众食品，市场前景广阔。

使用与维修
1、使用操作说明：
A、该机在工作前进行电器检查和良好安全接地，首先打开电源指示灯开关，电压表工作。
B、打开加温指示灯开关，指示灯亮，预热至加温指示灯灭，温度达到正常工作状态。
C、打开搅拌电机开关，放入食用油约20克后，放玉米150克左右，一分钟左右听到爆裂声放白糖20克左右，直到玉米爆裂完，出锅后继续工作第二锅生产。
D、爆裂玉米花采用油质奶油香精(可采用15275奶油香精)，食用花生油按25：1比例放入食用油中搅拌均匀后就可使用。
该机每小时开机生产5—15公斤玉米原料，是当代最流行的理想小型食品加工机，快速收回投资成本，是您致富的良友。
故障排除：
l、打开电源开关，设备短路保险丝是否断。
2、打开加温开关，锅体不热，加温指示灯不亮，保险断，请检查锅体内加热器接线有故障，检查温控仪失灵，炉盘接线短路。
3、加温指示灯长期不灭，温度过高，检查热敏温控器失灵，应重新调整热敏温控器角度控制在180±10℃或更换
热敏温控器。
4、照明恒温开关工作后照明灯不亮，更换灯泡，恒温器无温度应检查底板恒温器是否短路。
5、外表金属感应面过大，请检查是否有良好的接地装置。
爆米花机使用说明：
1、按动保温照明开关，保温发热管和保温照明灯泡开始工作。
2、扭动旋转加热开关，预热爆谷盘5-7分钟后，试放3粒玉米和5克食用油到盘内，当玉米爆裂时，准备工作完毕。
3、先放50毫升油，再放150克玉米及100克糖到盘内进行爆谷，待玉米爆裂完毕，几乎无爆裂声时（约5分钟），打开锅盖，倾倒出锅。
4、爆谷时请注意爆谷情况，防止烧焦。
同时活动门关闭，以防爆好的爆谷跌出箱外，炒动玉米直至爆谷完成。
5、避免让油滴到爆谷盘边框，防止弄脏盘边和过热燃烧。
爆米花机清洁与保养：
1、在清洁保养时应切断电源，拔下插头防止意外事故发生。
2、用不含腐蚀性清洁济的半干湿毛巾清洁机身表面，严禁用水直接冲洗爆谷盘以及整机，否则让水渗入，破坏
电器性能影响产品正常工作。
3、不允许用金属硬物洗刷爆谷机盘内外，以免造成盘内的不粘涂层破坏。
4、长时间停用时，需拔下插头切断电源，妥善保管。
