You are going to read an entry on a website called “Family Village”. It gives ordinary young people with a disability a chance to tell their personal stories. Glance at the title and picture, then discuss with a partner what kind of thing you think people would write about and why disabled people find the website beneficial.

Disabilities can be visible or invisible. People with invisible disabilities don’t look disabled. Depression, sleep disorders and learning difficulty are invisible disabilities. No matter what disability one has, life is not easy. They have many difficulties to overcome, but please keep in mind they can also live well, and even achieve great success.
