许渊冲《诗经》中的名篇《采薇》："昔我往矣，杨柳依依，今我来思，雨雪霏霏。
行道迟迟，载饥载渴，我心伤悲，莫知我哀。

全首词记述了词人唐氏的这次相遇，表达了他们眷恋之深和相思之切，也抒发了词人怨恨愁苦而又难以言状的凄楚心情。
