风送系统的中心部件是风机，风机的作用是产生风压，风机由发动机飞轮通过皮带直接带动，风机轴上安装有电磁离合器，通过驾驶室中的开关控制。风机风量由三通C分配，分别送往吸风口D和吹风管E。棉花由摘锭采摘并由脱棉盘脱下后，就由风力送到棉箱中以最小程度地减少棉纤维的破坏。采头的前部有射流装置，起吹送的作用，把脱棉盘脱下来的棉花向后吹到吸棉区。由吸棉区的风力输送到棉箱中。

PRO16型采头：6行，适应新疆66+10厘米模式。前采头16根坐管，后采头12根坐管，前后采头均为20排摘锭；每个采头有560个摘锭。 6个采头共3360个摘锭，6个采头共240个脱棉盘。由于采摘工作部件更多，与PRO12型采头相比，机器的采净率和工作效率更高。
行走静液压马达直接与变速箱联接，液压马达属于固定排量，改变静液压泵泵量，就可以改变静液压马达的速度，即静液压泵的泵量越大，马达输出轴的转速就越高，机车的行进速度就越高。最大的后退速度是最大的前进速度的一半。采头静液压马达通过皮带传动驱动采头万向传动轴。采头静液压泵的泵量增加，采头静液压马达输出轴的转速就增加。变速箱属于啮合套换档变速箱，共有3个档位，1个差速器， 2个刹车，动力是由差速器的两侧传动轴传递给边减的太阳轴，进行行星齿轮减速后，传递给驱动轮。液压油散热器，位于除尘罩后，静液压系统和工作液压系统共用1个散热器和1个液压油箱，液压油箱内安装有吸油过滤器，经常更换外部液压油过滤器会增加液压油箱内吸油过滤器的寿命。
