国际贸易实务：名词解释53个汇总名词解释1.barter trade(易货贸易)：the direcrt exchange ofgoods or services-without an intervening medium of exchange or momey-eitheraccording to established rates of exchange or by bargaining.it is consideredthe oldest form of trade.2.direct trade(直接贸易)：goods are transporteddirectly from the production country to the consuming country. 是指远期汇票的付款人明确表示同意按出票人的指示，于票据到期日付款给持票人的行为。
2．Endorsement背书。
是指汇票的收款人或持票人在汇票的背面签上自己的名字，有的可以写明受让人(即被背书人)的名字，并把汇票交与受让人的行为。
3．Remittance汇付。

4．T/T电汇。
