柱箱室提供的空间可容纳六根不同长度的柱子（最大30cm），柱识别电子模块允许GLP储存柱文件类型及色谱柱的一些重要参数（见色谱柱识别系统)。

柱温箱可配置一或二个柱转换阀，在同一个温度时可频繁转换到不同的色谱柱。

洗梯液预处理器做为一个选配件，它安装在柱箱中，放在色谱柱之前，它可以避免色谱柱的梯度柱温。

柱温箱能完全由Chromeleon色谱管理系统软件控制，柱温箱表面的材料都能抵抗大多数常用的HPLC溶剂腐蚀。

1. 准备工作：将余氯检测仪取出，检查是否有明显损坏或污垢，充好电。

2. 打开仪器：按下界面上的开机键，仪器开机。

进入主界面后，选择“余氯检测”功能。

3. 校准仪器：在使用之前，需要校准仪器。

将仪器浸入标准液中，按照仪器说明书的指示进行校准。

4. 进行检测：将测量头浸入待测溶液中，待仪器稳定后读数。

如需连续测量，可按照仪器说明书进行设置。

5. 记录结果：记录测量结果，并及时上传到数据中心或导出到电脑等存储设备中，以备后续分析使用。

6. 关机：使用完毕后，按下关机键，仪器自动关闭。
