If in doubt, or if you do not know any special vocabulary, use simple plain English and short sentences. Help your reader to read without effort or constant resort to a dictionary. NEVER use abbreviations. Some people cannot understand abbreviations or dislike their use. No-one ever objects to words being written in full.* Make sure you use a format that is appropriate for a report. 继续看⼤作⽂,昨天学了report类型的写法。
我们发了⼀套内部教材,有好⼏⼗道题。
其中有⼀个要求为公司的⼴告全年投放回报做出分析,并制定下⼀年的投放计划。
这似乎是⼤作⽂常考类型。
⼈邮版练习题也有很多这种类型,就拿第⼆册68页Norlec公司的说。
两张图表,五个⼿写批注,140字的限制,写⼀篇report。
对于report类型,⽼师指出如下写作⽅针。
1、标准的⾏⽂,应分成5部分:题⽬(report on:)介绍(instruction)正⽂(findinds)结论(conclusion)建议(recommendation)。
2、题⽬通常要求use all your handwritten notes,那么⼀条都不能漏下。
3、既然是分析,措辞要注意。
你⾮常肯定的地⽅就⽤肯定的情态词,⽐如obvious,不肯定的千万不要想当然,多给⾃⼰留点余地,⽐如possible。
4、题⽬通常都帮你把逻辑和计算部分点明⽩了,写这种⼤作⽂,⼈家不是考你逻辑,⽽是看你的语⾔和结构。
因此,怎样排列写作顺序,以及怎样⽤⼀句话串联两到三个点,是⽐较重要部分。

BEC考试的问题要点描述很清晰,将有助于考 生在写作时根据其问题进行分段描述,如上题, 问题要求四点:
A 描述你认为最有用的两门学科 B 解释你从这两门学科有何收益 C 阐述明年你还想参加何种类型培训 D 解释为何这些培训对你有帮助
Findings:归纳培训课程,出现什么问题, 什么最好,有什么好处
Recommendations:提出新课程,为什 么加入新课程,有什么获益
段落一经分好,则可以根据四门课程进行 思考(发掘潜能、电子商务、员工管理、 降低成本),根据题目中的斜体部分,可 以制订出两个表格,Findings和

将前面题目中黑体下划线表达进行修改
修改前:Summarizing the one-day
training course you have just attended and give advice or recommendations.
修改后:The report is about the one-day
course I have attended and raise some feasible recommendations for a better training course.
其他表达方式:The aim of the report is to summarize the one-day course and recommend some more subjects for a better one.
Ending Part(Conclusion)
归纳文章,初步考虑所提建议或者 意见会达到什么效果,或有何其他 可能性,归纳语言同样简洁
在此文章中,既然开头已经订出两个目标, 结尾部分可以作为回应起始部分进行归纳 总结:

2.如何定首尾:Basic Structure
先制定首尾有利于写作的大致方向,根据 在第一部分训练中关于Introduction部分的 模板,写出开始部分
