（一）学生特点
本节课所面向的学生为七年级学生，年龄大约在12-13岁之间。这一年龄段的学生正处于青春期初期，具有以下特点：首先，他们的认知水平逐渐提高，对新鲜事物充满好奇，但注意力容易分散；其次，他们开始形成自己的兴趣爱好，对感兴趣的内容学习积极性较高，但可能对不感兴趣的内容缺乏学习动力；再次，他们的学习习惯正在养成阶段，需要教师的引导和督促。在这个阶段，学生喜欢互动性强、形式多样的课堂活动，对于枯燥的理论讲解可能不太感兴趣。
四、教学过程设计
（一）导入新课
新课导入是激发学生兴趣和注意力的关键环节。我将采用情境导入法开始本节课的教学。具体方式是利用多媒体展示一段关于不同季节活动的短视频，如春天的踏青、夏天的游泳、秋天的丰收和冬天的滑雪。视频结束后，我会提出问题：“你们最喜欢的季节是什么？为什么？”通过这种方式，我可以快速吸引学生的注意力，并激发他们对本节课主题的兴趣。
（3）能够了解不同时间与季节的日常活动，如get up, go to school, play football等。
2.过程与方法：
