前言
为规范本市公共场所的英文译写，提升上海的城市文明形象，进一步推动上海的国际化进程，根据《中华人民共和国国家通用语言文字法》《上海市实施〈中华人民共和国国家通用语言文字法〉办法》《上海市人民政府关于加强本市公共场所英文译名使用管理的若干意见》《上海市公共场所中文名称英译基本规则》以及国家和上海其它相关法律法规、规范标准的有关规定，制定本标准。
DB 31/T XXX《公共场所英文译写规范》分为以下部分：
——第1部分：通则；
——第2部分：实体名称；
——第3部分：交通；
——第4部分：旅游；
——第5部分：文化体育；
——第6部分：教育；
——第7部分：金融；
——第8部分：医疗卫生；
——第9部分：邮政电信；
——第10部分：商业服务业。
本标准由上海市语言文字工作委员会提出并归口。
本标准起草单位：上海市公共场所中文名称英译专家委员会。
本部分为DB 31/T XXX的第4部分。
本部分附录A为资料性附录，附录B为规范性附录。
本部分起草人：潘文国、姚锦清、顾大僖、何志范、唐述宗、凌晓凤、张日培、林元彪、戴文超。
本标准于2009年8月首次发布。
公共场所英文译写规范
第4部分：旅游
1 范围
本部分规定了旅游行业英文译写的方法、原则和要求。
本部分适用于上海市旅游景区、景点名称等实体名称信息，旅游类设施及功能信息、警示和提示信息的英文译写。
2 规范性引用文件
下列文件中的条款通过本部分的引用而成为本部分的条款。
凡是注日期的引用文件，其随后所有的修改单（不包括勘误的内容）或修订版均不适用于本部分，然而，鼓励根据本部分达成协议的各方研究是否可使用这些文件的最新版本。
凡是不注日期的引用文件，其最新版本适用于本部分。

3 定义
下列术语和定义适用于本部分。
3.1
旅游景区景点
指具有参观游览、休闲度假、康乐健身等功能，具备相应旅游服务设施并提供相应旅游服务的独立管理区。
该管理区应有统一的经营管理机构和明确的地域范围。
包括风景区、寺庙观堂、旅游度假区、自然保护区、主题公园、森林公园、地质公园、游乐园、动物园、植物园及工业、农业、经贸、科教、军事、体育、文化艺术等各类旅游景区景点。
本部分所指的旅游景区景点不含文博物院。
4 译写方法和要求
4.1 实体名称
4.1.1本部分实体名称指旅游景区、景点名称。
4.1.2实体名称构成成分的分析方法，以及不同成分的译写方法，按照本标准《第2部分：实体名称译法》的相关规定及其附录执行。
4.1.3本部分实体名称属性名、通名的具体译法。
4.1.3.1会址译作Site；故居译作Former Residence或Memorial Residence。
4.1.3.2公园译作Park；园、圃、苑译作Garden。
4.1.3.3动物园译作Zoo；植物园译作Botanical Garden。
4.1.3.4陵园译作Cemetery；烈士陵园译作Revolutionary Martyrs’ Cemetery。
4.1.3.5乐园、游乐园译作Amusement Park。
儿童乐园（设在旅游景区内）译作Children's Playground。
4.1.3.6水族馆译作Aquarium，海洋馆、海洋公园等均译作Ocean Park。
4.1.3.7与宗教有关、每层顶部都有装饰的塔译作Pagoda，如：松江方塔Songjiang Square Pagoda。
其他的塔译作Tower，如：东方明珠广播电视塔Oriental Pearl TV Tower。
4.1.3.8佛教和道教的寺、观译作Temple，如：静安寺Jing’an Temple；道观Daoist Temple。
清真寺译作Mosque。
教堂译作Church。
4.1.3.9绿地译作Green Land。
4.1.3.10度假村（区）译作Holiday Resort；旅游城译作Tourist Town。
4.1.4本部分附录A中不符合上述规定的译例，均为现用成熟译名，可以沿用。
4.2设施及功能信息、警示和提示信息
4.2.1用英文直接译写，如：语音讲解Audio Tour。
4.2.2译写应使功能明确、指令清晰、译文简洁。
如：必须成人陪同Children Must Be Accompanied by Adult。
4.2.3旅游类设施及功能信息、警示和提示信息的具体译法见本部分附录B。
附录B以外的，其英文译写应当遵从本标准通则
5.2和5.3的规定。
4.3地名标志应符合GB 17733-2008的规定。
4.4本部分汉语拼音用法应符合GB/T 16159的要求。
4.5本部分英文词语选用和拼写方法、单复数用法按照本标准通则
5.4和5.5的规定执行。
4.6本部分英文大小写、缩写、标点符号、空格、换行、字体的用法，按照本标准通则“6书写要求”的规定执行。

说明：
