于北山A、C区1、2、3、4舍及食堂，研教楼大厅1号门及3号门张贴海报；于大工桥及研教楼西侧悬挂条幅各一件。
同时我们还利用各种QQ群，校内网对活动进行宣传，让更多的人了解活动，并参与进来。
其次，精心布置的活动场所增添了娱乐的氛围。
周六下午3点，机械学部场务人员便开始布置研教楼205室，摆放桌椅，挂气球、海报，摆鲜花，设计黑板等等，力图营造欢乐温馨的氛围。
最后，精心设计的活动环节及优秀的主持人调动了整场英语沙龙成员的积极性。
活动主要有8个环节。

本学期社团共开展了若干次活动. 社团本着以创设英语学习氛围、介绍英美文化
