确立合作以后就是交货和收获，这个过程中，会涉及到提单的问题。
提单是指用以证明海航货物运输合同和货物已经由承运人接收或装船，以及承运人保证以交付货物的单证。
通过中间一系列的操作，才能完成一单交易。
如果是通过离岸公司的话，这个过程会简单一些。

快递和空运是一回事吗?空运有提单快递有提单吗?客户怎么能拿到那个空运提单以便去提货呢?
国际快递同空运一样，是使用飞机运载物品，但二都有本质的不同，快递由专人负责收件，派件，属于绿色通道的无大的商业价值的货品，无提单，只是派件公司送货到给一个送货存根联方便核对物品而亦，而空运则需要货主委托进出口货运公司对货物数量，金额进行明确申报，过海关审核后，才可运送的有一定商业价值的，收发货主双方有汇款手续的，收款方需到税务交纳税费的货品，提货人需凭发货方寄出的提单，到海关或委托相应的货运公司办理进口清关手续后方可提货。
多式联运提单样本怎么填写
多式联运：由两种及其以上的交通工具相互衔接、转运而共同完成的运输过程统称为复合运输，我国习惯上称之为多式联运，并且其中必须有种方式是海运。
海陆联运也算是多式联运了，提单就是船公司出的，发货港就正常写，卸货港写海运部分能运到的最后一个港口，最终目的地写陆路运输要到达的内陆点或是内陆堆场的地方。
陆路部分如果是铁路，那一般都是运到目的地的堆场。
陆路部分如果是公路，那一船都是会给运到门。
其实这些是看那些船公司运输线路和规定。
如果提单上有标明 CY/CY，那就是堆场到堆场了，如果是CY/SD 那就是堆场到门了。
样本提单
跟货代对完提单后，是不是就可以把这个副本传真给客人，让其付款?还是让货代另外出一个样本提单? 样本提单与正本提单有什么区别吗?
