与原标准相比,本次修订做了如下重大调整和修订:——增加了磁场异常事件记录;——增加了终端对时事件记录;——增加了集中器与本地通信模块交互流程;——增加了采集终端远程通信模块接口协议(Q/GDW 1376的第3部分)。

集中抄表终端技术协议书需方:供方:宁波三星电气股份有限公司二0一三年八月集中抄表终端技术协议书1 总则1.1买方使用卖方生产的集中抄表终端(包括集中器和采集器),为督促卖方提高集中抄表终端产品质量,保证买方在集中抄表终端使用期限内稳定、可靠运行,经双方协商一致,特制定本协议,共同遵守。

2.1.2 温湿度范围终端设备正常运行的气候环境条件见表1。

2.3.2 通信介质通信介质可采用无线、有线、电力线载波等。
2.3.3 数据传输误码率专用无线、电力线载波信道数据传输误码率应不大于10-5,微波信道数据传输误码率应不大于10-6,光纤信道数据传输误码率应不大于10-9,其他信道的数据传输误码率应符合相关标准要求。
2.3.4 通信协议集中器与主站的通信协议应符合Q/GDW 376.1-2009,集中器与本地通信模块间应支持Q/GDW 376.2-2009,采集器与电能表的数据通信规约应同时支持DL/T645-1997《多功能电能表通讯规约》、DL/T645-2007《多功能电能表通讯规约》及其备案文件。

本协议是针对微功率无线通信的特殊要求,对《Q/GDW 376.1-2009电力用户用电信息采集系统通信协议:主站与采集终端通信协议》的补充说明,该协议中对微功率无线通信的要求同样适用于载波通信通信,未述及部分参照该Q/GDW 376.1执行。
1 参数设置和查询(AFN=04H、AFN=0AH)
设置参数Fn定义
1.1 F33 终端抄表运行参数设置
——台区集中抄表运行控制字:
● D15~D13:抄表间隔,0~5分别表示1、2、4 、8、12、24小时;
● D12~D11:自动启动一次抄所有表,最长持续时间。
0~2分别表示1、2、3、4 小时;
● D10~D8:重抄轮次,0表示不重抄,1~7分别表示重抄1~7轮;
● D7: 是否抄购电信息标志,“1”表示抄购电信息,“0”表示不抄购电信息;
● D6: “1”表示集中器每次启动抄表前发送“数据区初始化(节点侦听信息)”命令,master收到后将路由清除。
“0”表示正常抄表;
● D5置“1”要求终端抄读“电表状态字”,置“0”不要求;
● D4置“1”要求终端搜寻新增或更换的电表,置“0”不要求;
● D3置“1”要求终端定时对电表广播校时,置“0”不要求;
● D2置“1”要求终端采用广播冻结抄表,置“0”不要求;
● D1置“1”要求终端只抄重点表,置“0”要求终端抄所有表;
● D0置“1”不允许自动抄表,置“0” 要求终端根据抄表时段自动抄表。
——抄表日包括日期和时间,其中“日期”由4字节的D0~D30按顺序对位表示每月1日~31日,置“1”为有效,置“0”为无效;“时间”不能与“允许抄表时段”冲突,即应落在允许抄表时段内。
——终端抄表间隔为终端实时抄表的时间间隔,取值范围为1~60分钟。
——对电表广播校时定时时间:当日=0时,表示每日校时。
1.2 F89设置无线通信参数(信道、发射功率、空中波特率等)
数据单元格式:
――主无线模块发射功率:编码表示主无线模块发射功率,0~7依次表示8个功率发射等级,0为最大发射功率等级,7为最小发射功率等级;出厂时默认为0;
――无线空中波特率:编码表示电能表、交流采样装置与终端的通信波特率,1~7依次表示1200、2400、4800、7200、9600、19200、38400;
――无线网络标识:一个集中器管理的下行无线Mesh网络的网络标识;一般默认为0,当多个集中器使用相同信道,且安装距离较近时,需要使用不同的网络标识,保证它们之间不互相转发。
――路由方式:0表示不使用路由,1表示使用固定路由,2表示使用实时自动路由,3表示使用源路由。
要求只可选择“实时自动路由”或“源路由”,最好使用源路由。
――实时自动路由:每次都重新查找路由。
――源路由:自动查找到路由后,如路由有效,则将该路由保存,并在以后的通信中直接使用。
路由失效后,再进行自动查找到路由。
2 控制命令(AFN=05H)
控制命令Fn定义
2.2 F49:命令指定通信端口暂停抄表

不启动抄表。
在终端暂停使用该通信端口抄表后,仍可执行数据转发命令。
该命令有效期为当天,在以下情况下,终端恢复该通信端口抄表功能:收到恢复抄表、收到重新抄表命令、在终端本地手动启动抄表、终端跨0点。
2.3 F50:命令指定通信端口恢复抄表
数据单元格式见表89。
终端端口处于暂停抄表状态时,收到该命令后,终端恢复该通信端口抄表功能。
2.4 F51:命令指定通信端口重新抄表
数据单元格式见表89。
终端收到该命令后,恢复该通信端口抄表功能,并从该端口抄表接的第一块表开始启动抄表。
2.5 F59切换信道命令

——中继路由个数n:数值范围0~255,为0表示直抄点无需中继路由。

5 文件传输(AFN=0FH)
在文件传输命令的基础上扩展部分FN,以支持断点续传等扩展功能。
5.1 程序文件的打包
下载程序文件特别强调下载的安全可靠性,为此将要下载的程序文件的版本、总长度、CRC校验等信息打包到文件中。
这个打包的过程是终端厂家使用自己的工具来为自己的程序打包的。
打包后交给主站升级的文件结构如下:F4

在下载过程中,终端以确认/否认帧回答主站的F1(文件传输方式1)命令。
只有在主站以扩展的FN通信帧跟终端通信时,终端才用以下帧回答主站。

文件下载工作方式
首先由主站进行F2讯问,根据终端返回需要断点续传的直接发F1 否则下发F4后在下发F1。
