Check the manometer and gauge stand of affiliated equipments2、水泵安装顺序Pump installation order(1)整套泵运抵现场时,都已装好电机;校平底座时,可不必卸下水泵和电机。

The motor have been installed when a whole set of pump arrived scene. When collate the basement, no need to demount the pump and motor.(2)在水泥基础上安装水泵时,基础平面应用水平找平,待基础水泥凝固后将泵安装在基础上,并用水平仪检查水平情况,如不平,应用垫铁调正,直到水平为止,然后通过灌浆孔由混凝土浇灌底座和地脚螺栓孔眼。

When install pump on the cement base, regulate the foundation flat by the standard. Check the condition of standard by thegradienter, if not flat, regulate it by the parallels until horizontal, use concrete to irrigate basement and foundation bolt hole by the grout hole. (3)水泥干固后,检查底座和地脚螺栓是否松动,合适后拧紧地脚螺栓的螺母,最后再检查一下整台机组的水平度,稍有不平时,可用斜铁找平。

Lifting of large equipments concerned is mainly concentrated in Production Building B, Mixing Pots T-202, T-210 are the heaviest equipments, with monomer weight of 27 tons. 120T Truck Crane Model ATF 120-5 shall be employed. 100T, 50T, 25T cranes may be used according to different volumes and weights respectively and forklift and chain blocks plus roller bars will also be used to locate equipment in place. The manufacturer shall be responsible for transporting equipment to the site of Ecolab Taicang Jade Project. The authorized party shall be responsible for mobilization of vehicle and personnel and coordination and communication with the Owner at site. We will pay highly attention to construction and get organized elaborately, arranged thoughtfully, work done carefully to ensure the lifting of equipment in place without any risks.本项目共有设备248台,设备重量不等,涉及的大型设备吊装主要集中在生产车间B,其中以混合釜T-202、T210为最重,单重为27吨。

Installation of equipment consists of screw air compressor units, vessels, mixers, pumps, fans, plate heat exchanger unit, storage tank, etc. They are mainly distributed within the area of Production Buildings A/B, Tank Farm, Utility Station and WWT Station, etc. For all the geometrical dimensions such as centerline position, coordinate position, levelness, plumbness, elevation and relative distance, strict requirements of construction and acceptance codes shall be applied. Necessary protective measures shall be taken for equipment unloading, storage, handling, lifting and finished product protecton, etc. in process of construction. Temporary transportation road, water source, power supply, lighting, firefighting facilities, major materials and construction equipment, and manpower shall be sufficiently prepared and arranged before equipment installation.本工程共有工艺设备248台套,设备安装包括喷油螺杆式空压机组、容器、搅拌器、泵、风机、板式换热机组、储罐等,要紧散布在生产车间A/B、储罐区、公用站房及污水处置站等区域。

(2)排气管:PUMP至LOCAL SCRUBBER。

(3)by pass:LOCAL SCRUBBER之间;LOCAL SCRUBBER至EXHAUST 二、材料供应界面区分本包负责pumping line系统所有需要之材料采购及安装。

三、pumping材料选定四、机台接管说明(1)机台TO PUMP机台至PUMP真空段连接,支架形式为落地装固定支架,机台端BELLOW 安装于REDUCER之后,PUMP端REDUCER安装于变径之前。

PUMP段一般需安装测试孔及VCR,测试孔尺寸为KF25,如有特殊需求机台端也需安装VCR。

(2)同层机台至pump段,机台接口处需要BELLOWS不需测试孔,PUMP端需要安装BELLOWS不需要测试孔.(3)PUMP至scrubber段,PUMP出口段安装bellow,不需安装测试孔,scruuber接口位置仅安装bellow(4)scruber至厂排段:自scruber接出排气管道2m(长度根据现场实际需求),后由Exhaust承商衔接。

五、pumping line管线的设计1、为保证真空抽气速率,真空管路管径为PUMP抽气口径的1.5-2倍2、避震设计:为避免PUMP抽气时震动造成管路漏气,机台及PUMP端入口需加装BELLOW,(管路直立部份,需设计固定支撑架)PUMP端至LOCALSCRUBBER距离保持大约3公尺,且BELLOW加PU护套(管路无需加热的情况下)3、测漏设计:为未来管路测漏方便,PUMP端需预留NW 25测漏口。

Construction drawings and relevant collection of drawings.1.3工程主要实物工程量1.3 Main Quantities in Works生活水泵组2台,外型尺寸3400mm*4040mm*2300m,总重量约为4.5t,包括以下组件;2 domestic water pumps of 3400mm*4040mm*2300m, about 4.5t, including the following components:①生活水泵外型尺寸2100mm*1145mm ,重量约为1.5t;①The domestic water pump is 2100mm*1145mm externally and the weight is about 1.5t;②The channel steel base is3400mm*4040mm externally and the weight is about0.7t;③附属管路和部件重量约为2.0t③The weight of associated pipes and parts is about 2.0t;1.4工程目标1.4 Project Objective在设备进场后2天左右时间调运水泵房,7天内完成设备组装和设备就位;The equipments are to be transported to the pump house in about 2 days after they are delivered to the site, assembled and fixed in 7 days;第二章方案选择Chapter 2 Selection of Scheme2.1吊运方案选择2.1 Selection of Hoisting Scheme由于水泵房大门只有2100mm×2100mm,生活水泵组的体积远大于水泵房大门,建议将水泵组分成三部分进门:1、生活水泵2、槽钢底座3、附属管路及部件。

生活水泵、相应附属管路和槽钢基础等组件直接吊运至水泵房大门,由于场地空间较小(详见场地布置图),宜采用用液压运输小车、滚杠、卷扬机和人力相结合的方法水平运输至设备机房。

设备在泵站水平运输路线见附图2,设备水平搬运示意见下图。

Due to water pump room door is only 2100 mm * 2100 mm, and the volume of water pump unit is bigger than the room door, proposed to divide into three parts:1、water pump2、channel steel base3、other pipes.The domestic water pump unit consists of water pump, associated pipes and channel steel base are to be directly hoisted to the gate of pump house (2100mm*2100mm) and then transported to the machine room by hydraulic conveyor car, rollers, windlass. After the equipment of Pentair domestic water pump set is on site, invite the employer, management company, supervisor and persons concerned to participate in the equipment out of box autid & acceptance.2、成套生活水泵组拆分组件2、Packaged domestic water pump set component splitting待生活水泵组开箱验收合格后,根据我部和滨特尔公司确定的方案进行成套生活水泵组拆分组件,拆分组件的工作必须在专业的滨特尔技术人员指导下完成:After the domestic water pump set out of box audit & acceptance is passed, split the packaged domestic water pump set components in accordance with the plan determined by our unit and Pentair, which must be guided by professional Pentair technical staff;①滨特尔成套生活水泵组进场需配备相应数量的法兰密封圈,以防安装拆卸损坏;①The Pentair packaged domestic water pump set mobilizationi shall be equipped with flange sealing ring of reasonable quantity, against installation and removal damage;②滨特尔成套生活水泵组拆分组件前需逐一编上序号,以便满足后期的组装的精度要求;②Before the Pentair packaged domestic water pump set component is split, number the component one by one, so as to meet the future assembly accuracy requirements ;③整个成套生活水泵组拆分组件的拆分过程必须有管理公司、监理、供货商代表、施工人员等相关人员在场进行检查确认并签字,同时将相关资料报至管理公司、监理审核;③The whole process of the packaged domestic water pump set component splitting must be carried out with the presence of the management company, supervisor, supplier representative, constructor and person concerned, who will check, confirm and sign. In the same time, submit the related documents to the management company and supervisor for review;3.2吊装3.2 Hoisting由于水泵房运输大门临近施工道路,我部考虑吊运占道和安全问题,尽量选择在星期六、星期天车辆、人员较少时进行吊运As the water pump house transportation gate is close to the construction road, considering the lifting roadway and security, carry out lifting on Saturday and Sunday with less verhicles and persons as possibly.1、设备的进场1.
