上海外国语大学英语双学位、双专业管理办法发布日期:2010-7-16浏览次数:2140返回一、指导思想为推进素质教育，优化教学资源配置，发挥上外办学优势和特色，保持我校非语言类专业鲜明的外语教学特色，更好地实现培养具有国际视野和创新能力的复合型高级人才的培养目标，适应全球化经济社会发展需求的人才培养定位，经校长办公会议研究决定，我校非语言类专业在完成本专业规定的教学计划外，统一增加计划外的英语教学，并纳入双学位、双专业培养机制。
二、专业设置（一）双学位，指学生修读主修专业学士学位的同时辅修另一学科大类专业的学士学位，其专业必须是不同于主修专业学科门类的跨学科专业。
双专业，学生修读主修专业的同时辅修另一非相近专业，其专业可与主修专业同属一个学科门类的专业。
（二）本办法所指双学位专业和双专业均指学校现设的、具有学士学位授予资格并已有三届以上毕业生的本科英语专业。
三、修读条件（一）我校注册在籍的非语言类专业且已完成第1-4学期主修专业课程的全日制本科生。
1．主修专业学科门类不属于文学类者（如国际经济与贸易、金融学、会计学、工商管理、信息管理与信息系统、公共关系学、法学、国际政治、教育技术学），可修读英语双学位课程。
2．主修专业学科门类属于文学类者（如新闻学、广播电视新闻、广告学），只可修读英语双专业课程。
（二）思想品德良好，遵纪守法；（三）主修专业学习成绩优良，学有余力；（四）学生在修读双学位、双专业期间，有下列情况之一者取消修读资格：1．受到学校记过及以上处分；2．主修专业两门以上（含两门）必修课不及格且重新修读不及格；3．双学位、双专业两门以上（含两门）课程重新修读不及格。
四、申请程序（一）双学位、双专业的修读一律以自愿为原则，并实行缴费就学，学生经审批同意和交费注册后，方可获得修读资格。
（二）每年四月份学校教务处统一在教务处网站上公布开设的英语双学位、双专业的教学计划、招收名额、招生对象（主修专业）、收费标准、附加报名条件及录取等。
英语专业双学位
英语双学位（辅修班）自2009年向全校非英语专业学生招生以来，深受好评，有的同学错过报名机会又千方百计补报。
英语双学位（辅修班）的开设给全校非英语专业学生提供了一个很好的英语学习平台，圆了很多学生学习英语的梦想，直接受益于全校学生。

外文系第二学位实施办法及培养方案
外文系第二学位实施办法及培养方案清华大学外文系英语第二学位项目2022年级招生公告（2022年4月）外文系现开始英语第二学位项目招生，具体实施办法如下：一、主办单位外文系第二学位项目由外文系主办，教务及日常管理工作由外文系业务办负责。
二、2022年级招生对象与条件1. 具有清华大学学籍的2022年级全日制在校本科生；2. 主修专业学习成绩优良，学有余力；3. 已修课程中没有不及格课程；4. 没有选修其他辅修或者第二学位；5．2022年4月招生，人数为35人。
三、报名英语第二学位修读手续每年办理一次。

英语双学位情况说明
一、基本概念
英语双学位是依据《郑州大学双学位、双专业、辅修专业管理实施细则（试行）》的通知[校教务〔2008〕11号] 而开设的。
我校开设双学位、双专业、辅修专业的目的是为进一步完善人才培养体系，推进学分制条件下跨学科交叉学习的教学改革，培养复合型人才。
双学位：指全日制普通本科在校生在完成本专业学位课程学习的同时，兼修另一学科专业课程，完成规定学分后同时授予两个专业的学士学位证书。
双专业：指全日制普通本科在校生在完成本专业学位课程学习的同时，兼修另一学科专业课程，完成规定学分后同时授予两个专业的毕业证书。
辅修专业：指全日制普通本科在校生以高考所录取专业为主修专业，同时跨学科修读另一个专业课程，完成规定学分后发放辅修结业证书。
二、英语双学位
培养目标：通过全面的、系统的英语专业知识的学习和基本技能训练，培养理、工、文、医等各类学生具备扎实的英语基础知识、较
强的英语运用能力以及丰富的语言文化知识，使其成为具有辐射多专业方向的复合型、应用型人才。
申报资格: 英语双学位和辅修专业招收对象是全日制普通本科非英语专业三年级学生，其主修专业已修课程须全部合格，补考和重修通过课程不超过10学分，平均学分绩点在2.0以上。
管理规定：学生在修读英语双学位期间，主修专业有1门以上不及格者，或考试作弊者，终止双学位学习；英语双学位不及格的课程无门次限制，课程不及格者，允许补考１次，不设重修课。
英语双学位课程中与主修专业的基础课、专业课名称相同、教学内容相同且成绩合格者，经外语学院认定后可以免修。
学位证书：修满英语双学位规定课程58个学分（含毕业论文12个学分），在获得国家颁发的第一专业毕业证书和学士学位证书的前提下，可同时获得学校颁发的第二学士学位证书（英语专业）；未修满规定学分，而达到38学分以上的，颁发辅修专业证书；未满38学分的，已修课程按选修课程记入学生成绩表，不及格课程不记入。
英语双学位学生在修读期间可以参加英语专业四、八级考试。
教学安排：英语双学位从第5学期开始，应在学校规定的学制四（五）年内修满教学计划规定的课程学分。
开课时间安排在星期六、日、节假日或晚上。
本学期的课程考试安排在下一学期的第二周进行，避免和主修专业考试冲突。
在第7学期，开设双学位论文写作课，可以提前确定论文题目。
收费标准：每个学分80元，共计58个学分，按学年收费，每学年
2400元。
合计两年：4800元。
教学计划：双学位课程包括英语专业基础课、英语主干课和毕业论文。
专业基础课：高级英语（I-III）英语会话（I-II ）
英语阅读（I-II ）英语视听（I-II ）
英语写作（I-II）高级语法
英语语音
专业主干课：词汇学英美文化英汉互译
英美文学影视欣赏高级口译毕业论文：选题范围包括语言学、文学、教学法、翻译、文化，
可以与其他学科交叉、融合。
报名时间：即日起至即日起至7月10号。
