1学生分析：
本班共有54位学生，学生基础参差不齐，有十五位左右的学生英语基础良好，语感强，接受能力强，课堂参与热情较高；有二十五位左右的学生英语基础尚可，课堂参与热情一般，需要老师不断鼓励才有可能大胆举手回答问题，且声音不够洪亮，表现不够自信。另外的十几位学生对英语的学习有明显的排斥感、畏难感，其中陆雨扬、王磊、魏健，张瑞等这几位同学尤为突出，课堂上几乎零表现，课后作业也要多次督促才能交。
