一、总体要求
本考试是选拔性考试。
为了科学、公平、准确、规范地测试考生的英语听力理解，分析，运用能力，对英语国家文化的了解程度，以及逻辑思维能力，本考试大纲的制定必须确保英语专业“专升本”考试的可信度与有效性，有利于选拔优秀专科生入学，促进外语专业教育的发展。
本考试同时检测学生是否达到高等学校英语专业教学大纲基础阶段所规定的各项要求，既测试学生的综合能力及知识面，也测试学生的单项技能。
二、考试内容
测试内容内容包括四部分：听写，长、短对话，短文听力理解，新闻听力理解。
1.听写
要求学生能在15分钟内听写根据已学知识编写或选用的词数为150个左右、语速为每分钟120个单词的录音材料，错误率不超过8%。
该题中短文共读四遍，第一、四遍为正常语速，第二、三遍为慢速。
本题20分。
2.长、短对话听力理解
要求学生能听懂英语国家人士关于日常生活和社会生活的长短不同的谈话，理解大意，找出对话的时间、场景、人物、因果关系等要素。
本题包括短对话8个，长对话2个，考试题型对单项选择，共15题，每题2分，共30分。
3.短文听力理解
要求学生能听懂中等难度（如TOEFL中的短文）的听力材料，理解大意，领会作者的态度、感情和真实意图等，并能根据听到的内容选择最佳答案。
本题包括三篇短文，共10题，每题3分，共30分。
4.新闻听力理解
要求学生能听懂VOA正常速度和BBC新闻节目的主要内容，理解大意，并能根据所听内容找到相关问题的正确答案。
该题中包括新闻片断4篇～6篇，共10题，每题2分，共20分。

湖北理工学院专升本大学英语考试大纲一、总述高职高专英语教学应贯彻“实用为主，够用为度”的方针；既要培养学生具备必要的英语语言基础知识，也应强调培养学生运用英语进行有关涉外业务工作的能力。
本考试以《高职高专教育英语课程教学基本要求（试行）》（简称《基本要求》）为依据，既测试语言知识也测试语言技能，既测试一般性语言内容也测试与涉外业务有关的应用性内容。
考试方式为笔试，测试语言知识和读、译、写三种技能。
客观性试题有信度较高、覆盖面广的优点，而主观性试题有利于提高测试的效度，能更好的检测考生运用语言的能力，为此本考试采用主客观题混合题型，以保证良好的信度和效度。
本考试按百分制计分，满分为100分。
二、考试对象本大纲适用于报考我院本科的高职高专各非英语专业毕业生。
三、考试性质本考试的目的是考核考生的语言知识、语言技能和使用英语处理有关一般业务和涉外交际的基本能力，其性质是英语水平考试。
四、考试方式与内容考试方式为笔试，包括五个部分：词汇、语法结构、阅读理解、完型填空、翻译（英译汉）和写作（或汉译英）。
考试范围为《基本要求》对A级所规定的全部内容。
第一部分：词汇、语法结构（Vocabulary and Structure）测试考生运用词汇、语法知识的能力。
测试范围包括《基本要求》中的“词汇、语法结构表”所规定的全部内容。
本部分的得分占总分的15%。
测试时间为20分钟第二部分：阅读理解（Reading Comprehension）测试考生从书面文字材料获取信息的能力。
总阅读量约1，000词。
本部分测试的文字材料包括一般性阅读材料（文化、社会、常识、科普、经贸、人物等）和应用性文字，不包括诗歌、小说、散文等文学性材料，其内容能为各专业学生所理解。
其中，实用性文字材料约占60%。
阅读材料涉及的语言技能和词汇限于《基本要求》中的“阅读技能表”所列的全部技能范围和“词汇表”中3，400词的范围；除一般性文章外，阅读的应用文限于《基本要求》中“交际范围表”所规定的读译范围，如：函电、广告、说明书、业务单证、合同书、摘要、序言等。

2012年湖北文理学院专升本《英语听力》考试大纲一、考试大纲的性质《英语听力》是英语专业专科学生的专业必修课，旨在培养学生的快速反应，快速记忆、准确辨别、分析推理、归纳总结、信息处理、记录整理等能力。
本门课程的考试大纲依据教育部颁发的英语教学大纲及外院英语专业制定的《英语专业教学大纲》的要求制定，适用对象为参加英语专业专升本的所有考生，旨在考查考生的听力水平，以选拔优秀学生继续本科专业的学习。
二、考试题型及要求1. 填空要求考生根据所听内容填空，每空一词。
文章选材广泛，长度大约在250词，共念三遍，中间不停顿。
本题型不仅检测听的能力，还考试单词拼写、信息记录的能力。
2. 听写在15分钟内能听写大约150词的录音材料，总共念四遍。
第一、四遍为正常语速，每分钟120个词；第二、三遍根据意群或句子停顿。
错误率不超过10%。
3. 单项选择在这一部分考生将听到几个长对话和几篇短文，然后根据所听内容从每题所给的四个选项中选择一个正确的答案。
主要考查学生听懂稍长的对话或短文的内容，并在此基础上分析、确认事实细节，根据材料内容或说话者的语气语调等进行推理、判断等综合理解能力。
4. 回答问题主要考查考生是否能听懂英语国家人士关于日常生活、社会生活的谈话和讲座，能否听懂英语国家的篇幅较长的广播电视节目等。
要求考生在听了两遍录音材料后回答所提问题，对考生进行要点记录、归纳总结、书面表达等方面的综合测试。
三、命题要求本门课程考试为选拔考试，试题应重点考查考生的听力能力是否达到了英语专业专科教学大纲规定的水平，同时要有一定的难度。
难易程度得分值比例基本控制在50%。
30%属于中等难度的题目，主要测试学生的听力理解能力。
20%属于较难的题目，主要测试学生的听力归纳总结能力。
四、考核方式及考试时间：本门课程考试为笔试，考试时间约60分钟，满分100分。

三、试题类型试题分为四类，即：填空题或名词解释，选择题或判断题，作图题和计算题，具体题型及比例由制卷教师选择决定。
1、填空题或名词解释：要求概念清楚，表达清楚。
2、选择题：要求概念清楚，在三个供选择的答案中选出正确答案；判断题：要求根据题意判断对错。
3、作图题：要求图面清洁，标出图形中相应的数值或符号。
4、计算题：要求概念清楚，写出主要的计算步骤，作出相应的计算图形。

二、考试内容综合英语考试内容共包括五个部分：词汇与语法结构、阅读理解、完形填空、翻译及英语写作。
第一部分: 词汇与语法结构(Part I Grammar and Vocabulary，共20分)旨在测试考生对所学词汇和词组或水平相当的词汇和词组的运用能力。
着重测试考生对所学词汇和词组的多种词性及词义搭配, 易混词的区别及难词的认知能力及语法的掌握程度。
要求能灵活正确运用英语专业教学大纲基础阶段所要求掌握的语法结构全部内容，认知教学大纲词汇表对基础阶段所规定的5500－6000个认识词汇，正确而熟练地运用其中的3000－4000个及其最基本的搭配。
题目中约50％为词汇、词组和短语的用法，约50％为语法结构，共40道题，计分20分。
第二部分: 阅读理解(Part II Reading Comprehension，共40分)旨在测试考生在语篇水平上的综合理解能力, 获取信息的能力, 概括与推理判断的能力, 英文文字表述能力, 阅读速度以及语言的实际运用能力。
阅读材料的选择原则是:1.题材广泛, 可以包括考生了解的社会, 文化, 科普, 史地, 日常生活, 人物传记等内容；2.体裁多样, 可以包括叙事, 议论, 描述, 说明文等。

2013年湖北理工学院专升本各专业《大学英语》考试大纲一、总述高职高专英语教学应贯彻“实用为主，够用为度”的方针；既要培养学生具备必要的英语语言基础知识，也应强调培养学生运用英语进行有关涉外业务工作的能力。
本考试以《高职高专教育英语课程教学基本要求（试行）》（简称《基本要求》）为依据，既测试语言知识也测试语言技能，既测试一般性语言内容也测试与涉外业务有关的应用性内容。
考试方式为笔试，测试语言知识和读、听、译、写四种技能。
客观性试题有信度较高、覆盖面广的优点，而主观性试题有利于提高测试的效度，能更好的检测考生运用语言的能力，为此本考试采用主客观题混合题型，以保证良好的信度和效度。
本考试按百分制计分，满分为100分。
二、考试对象本大纲适用于报考我院本科的高职高专各非英语专业毕业生。
