PSSLED驱动开关电源测试仪使用说明书（精品）
LED驱动/开关电源测试一、基本原理基本原理如图1所示：如图1所示，仪器由模拟部分和数字部分组成。
模拟部分主要由传感器、程控放大器、采样保持器和A/D等电路组成。
数字部分包含微型计算机、数据存储器和显示部分组成。
被测电压信号通过电压传感器后，信号降低为弱电压信号，根据信号大小，由微型计算机控制，进行程控放大，并通过采样保持器，由模拟/数字转换器A/D 把电压转换成数字信号，并把数字信号传输至微型计算机，计算出电压真有效值（URMS）并把数值输出到显示器显示。
被测信号通过电流传感器后，信号转换为弱电压信号，同被测电压一样，经过程控放大、采样保持、A/D转换，在微型计算机里计算出电流真有效值（IRMS）后并显示。
电压真有效值（URMS）、电流真有效值（IRMS）、有功功率（P）、功率因数（PF）按如下公式计算：上式中N 为以周期内采样的点数（周期取决于被测信号的频率），Ui和Ii为某一采样时刻的数值。

LED显示屏专用供电系统使用说明由于LED显示屏安装现场所具有的特殊性，LED 显示屏是由开关电源提供电源的。
开关电源中包含了整流电路，整流电路中谐波的矢量方向与角度都一样，不能进行三相抵消，只能往零线上叠加，造成零线电流过大，甚至 2 倍于相线电流。
而按旧标准选电缆，零线电缆线径通常为相线的 1/3~1/2 ；而零线上不允许安装过流保护装置，如果零线电流达相线电流 2 倍，相线电缆在设计电流的 1/4 时，零线就达到了额定电流，所以零线往往超过额定负载的数倍在运行。
再加上显示屏用电不协调造成三项不平衡。
显示屏使用专业的配电柜与现场供电系统对接会造成了总漏电保护器频繁跳闸。
对于这种情况从技术的角度分析，根据实际情况对漏电保护器进行合理布置。
进线总电源上的漏电保护器，可主要做为防止电气火灾隐患和电气短路的总保护，兼做每个小的漏电保护范围的后备保护，它的额定漏电动作电流可在200~500mA之间选择，额定漏电动作时间可选择0.2~0.3s.这样，可极大地减少浪涌电压、浪涌电流、电磁干扰对总漏电保护器的影响，提高总漏电保护器动作的选择性和可靠性。
显示屏专用配电开关箱内的末级漏电保护器是用电设备的主保护，由于led显示屏内金属导体很多，电线接头较多，末级漏电保护如对每个保护范围内形成有效的二级或三级漏电保护模式。
漏电保护器本身有一定的局限性（1）目前的漏电保护器，不论是电磁型还是电子型均采用磁感应电压互感器拾取用电设备主回路中的漏电流，三相或三相四线在磁环中不可能布置完全均衡。
LED显示屏的三相用电负荷也不可能完全平衡，在大电流下或较高的过电压下，会在有很高导磁率的磁环中感应出一定的电动势，这个电动势大到一定程度，就会导致漏电保护器跳闸。
由于额定电流越大的漏电保护器采用相对较大的磁环，产生的漏磁通也相对较大，且漏电流要克服磁环本身的磁化力，导致实际使用的漏电保护器额定电流越大，灵敏度越低，拒动率也越大。

功能描述
SD6855/6是离线式高端开关电源控制器。通过检测变压器原级线圈的导通时间TON、副边线圈放电的时 间TOFF1和衰减振荡的时间TOFF2，来实现输出恒流。

LED专用开关电源使用说明书
一、产品原理概况
稳定的直流电压。
二、产品特点
1、体积小，重量轻；
2、工作电压范围宽：输入电压可在110-240V正常工作；
3、安全，可靠性高；
4、工作性能：大功率的开关电源有5-10秒的延时检测电路设计，能很好杜绝开关电源通电瞬间输出高电压，大电流从而能保护负载（特别是LED发光源，能最大限度的减少输出电压突变所造成的光衰）；
5、保护功能：短路、过流、过热保护；
6、安装方便：本产品设计成防雨（户外）和不防水（户内）两种。
防雨电源采用强度高、防锈的金属外壳悬挂式结构设计，可随地悬挂安装，减少输入输出连接电线；
7、当负载过大时，电源会发生保护，出现间歇通断的异常情况，此时应减少负载。
三、产品使用注意事项
1、输入电压应接在规定的工作电压范围内(输入电压220V AC）。
2、严禁在高温环境下使用，电源端是散热通风口，在风50CM范围内，请不要放置其他物品，确保电源应有良好的散热空间与环境。
3、严禁将电源安装在易燃物品上（如木制品、易燃塑料等），要远离油站或禁止烟火的地方。
4．请准确计算负载功率，为使设备达到最佳使用状态，建议按标示功率80%负载使用，切勿超载。
5.电源内置短路保护功能，当输出端短路后，电源会自动进入保护状态。
须断电1分钟再通电使用。
6.为了安全起见，请正确接地，输出电源线必须≥2.5mm2
四、安装方法
1、严格按照电源输出端子所指示的接线位置接线，接线要牢固，确定输出线严禁接反(输入“220V AC”接市电，输出“+”接负载正极，输出“-”接负载负极）。
2、在通电前，用万用表检查线路电压是否与工作电压相符（工作电压220V AC)确认后才可以合闸。
3、电源要牢固垂直悬挂安装（可将电源垂直悬挂在接线方便的地方，面盖要盖好，以防进水）
五、使用说明
1、正常使用条件下，产品按出厂日期标志保修一年，在保修期内产品发生故障，经本公司检测属于质量问题，将免费保修。
2、以下情况，不在保修范围内
（1）不按说明书要求使用而损坏的；
（2）用户自行拆动电源内部元器件而损坏的；
（3）盒内进水的；
（4）产品外形严重损坏或变形的；
（5）产品机身日期被擦除或涂改的；
（6）接线端子烧焦的；。
