如果译文是1999-2003年间英国犯罪率上升了。
那么基本是满分3分，不强求要把sharp体现出来，而witness目睹了这个意思也不用很精确。
如果写成1999-2002，扣0.5，如果没写出犯罪率或者犯罪案件这个概念，得分不超过1分，因为意思都不对了。
如果把increase译成了犯罪率下降，起码扣1分。
段落翻译两篇，一般是7+8分，passage的'概念可以按照2-3句句子来理解，评分标准同理。
高口这个部分阅卷相对宽松，允许出现部分细节的遗漏。
比如原文是in the areas Of economy,finance，trade，shipping，insurance，realestate，六个关键词一般译出五个就肯定是满分，如果那次考试普遍得分较低，四个也可以不扣分。
