Fourth, don’t forget to make a farewell speech before the tour group leaves. Usually, you can make the farewell speech during the last dinner, in the bus on the way to the airport or at the airport. In your speech you should express your gratitude for their cooperation and understanding, recall some of the funny experiences you have had together, apologize for any mistakes you may have made, invite suggestions for improvements and express your best wishes for their safe return home and your hope to see them again one day.
