Exclusive Agency Agreement
This Exclusive Agency Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into on [Date] by and between [Name of company or person] (“Agency”), with its principal place of business at [Address], and [Name of client] (“Client”), with its principal place of business at [Address].
1. Appointment and Authorization1.1. The Client hereby appoints the Agency as its exclusive agent to act as its agent for the purposes set forth in this Agreement, and the Agency hereby accepts such appointment.1.
2. The Agency is authorized to market and promote the Client’s products and/or services (the “Products”) in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
