不同血细胞分析仪的结果比对与偏差分析张菊香【摘要】Objective To ensure the consistency of test results by comparing the results on the determination and deviation analysis obtained from Sysmex XT-2000i, ABX MICROS CRP and ABX MICROS 60 hematocyte analyzers. Methods According to NCCLS (national committee for clinical laboratory standards) EP9-A, eight species with high, medium and low value were selected daily at random, using the three hematocyte analyzers to measure the white blood cell (WBC), red blood cell (RBC), hemoglobin (Hb), hematocrit (HCT), mean corpuscular volume (MCV), platelet (PLT), totally measure for five days.The results were recorded, regression equations were created, the correlation coefficient (r) was calculated, and its bias was assessed. Results The results obtained from the three hematocyte analyzers(Sysmex XT-2000i, ABX MICROS CRP and ABX MICROS 60) were closely correlated (r>0.975), and result bias was within the acceptable range. 用末梢血与静脉血进行血常规检验的准确性及稳定性分析对比

者的临床管理中,引入动态监测机制,即根据大量输血患者的输血方案,设置适宜的血常规检查、凝血功能检查、肝功能检查频率。
通过对肿瘤患者各项指标的实时检测、评估,预测其形成凝血功能障碍、肝功能损伤等异常的风险。
如检测结果证实,肿瘤患者已经形成肝功能损伤,可立即给予患者使用保肝药物,以改善大量输血带来的安全风险。

【摘要】目的:探讨ABX PENTRA 60血液细胞分析仪白细胞五分类的精密度和准确度.方法:对临床248例老年病科疾病患者全血标本进行ABX PENTRA 60血细胞分析仪白细胞五分类及对照目测分类进行相关性分析.结果:中性粒细胞两者相关系数(r)0.96,淋巴细胞为0.96,单核细胞为0.43,嗜酸性粒细胞为0.87,嗜碱性粒细胞为-0.14.结论:除嗜碱性粒细胞外,中性粒细胞、淋巴细胞、单核细胞、嗜酸性粒细胞用仪器分类精密度与准确度相当于目测分类.

操作维护规程
1 技术参数
适用于该仪器操作手册所列的细胞计数参数、直方图、血红蛋白检测局限性以外的血液标本分析。
3 操作步骤
(1)检查仪器是否有稀释液、清洗液、溶血素。
(2)打开主机电源及计算机和打印机开关。
(3)按启动循环键(START UP) 等待仪器进行自检。
(4)样品采用EDTA-K2抗凝,并使血样轻轻地摇动,充分混匀。
(5)开启电脑,双击RECEIRE快捷键, 待出现画面后点击最小化。
(6) 再双击ABX快捷键, 出现画面后, 点击ABX血细胞分析报告管理系统, 即可打开操作画面。
(7) 进行样品编号。
(8) 进行样品测定, 把样品轻轻地完全混匀,然后按取样板或分析循环键,当批示灯停止闪烁,LED变为红色时可移动开样品管,这个循环持续80秒,进行数据付运LED变绿,可进行下一个分析循环。
(9)再双击ABX血细胞分析报告系统输入编号,并打印检验报告单。
(10)定期用浓缩清洁液清洗管道,一般一个星期清洗一、二次。
样品要求:
1、一般用静脉血,也可用末梢血。
2、用EDTA-K2R抗凝,轻轻摇动促进血与抗凝剂混合,使抗凝完全。
3、发现抗凝不良的样品应拒收,重采。
4、采好的样品应在6小时内检测。
4 注意事项
(1) 环境要求:ABX-MICROS60血细胞分析仪,应安放在稳固工作台上,保持通风,避免震动,避免阳光直射,避免灰尘,避免无线电波干扰,电源条件应满足117/220/240V AC±10%;50/60HZ。
检测室温范围为20—30℃,相对湿度为30—50%,所用试剂必须存放于室温为18—30℃之间。
(2) 仪器不使用时请罩防尘罩。
(3) 注意检查仪器的运行情况,并填写《仪器使用登记表》。
5 仪器维护
(1) 使用注意。
该仪器在日常使用中请注意符合“4. 注意事项”要求
(2) 废液瓶满要及时倒掉废液,切勿强行扯动红黄两根管来打开瓶盖,检查废液瓶是否漏气,防止低真空出现。
(3) 当出现堵孔时,按自动冲洗键冲洗管道。
(4) 严格按照仪器的关机程序关机。
6 期间核查
(1)ABX-MICROS60血细胞分析仪的定标不需要特别的周期间隔,本实验室ABX-MICROS60
血细胞分析仪执行卫生部临床检验中心的指定校准。
(2) 校准物均为与ICSH之标准相符合的校准物,测定值偏差均不超过其规定值。
