眩晕的概念及表现
头晕
按其病因可分为周围性眩晕和中枢性眩晕两类。
(1)周围性眩晕：是指内耳迷路或前庭神经的病变导致的眩晕症。常见于梅尼埃病<曾译美尼尔病)、迷路炎、药物性眩晕(用链霉素或庆大霉素等药后引起的)及前庭神经炎等。(2)中枢性眩晕：是指脑干、小脑、大脑及脊髓病变引起的眩晕。常见于椎—基底动脉供血不足、颅内肿瘤、颅内感染、多发性硬化、眩晕性癫痫及外伤性眩晕等。
饮食
头晕的食疗优先于药物治疗 保证安静的环境和充足的睡眠,避免过度用脑和精神紧张。

方法一：
鸡蛋红糖治头晕
豆油适量放锅内烧热，将2个鸡蛋、30克红糖（放一点水搅拌）倒入锅内煎熟，空腹服用，连服10天。为巩固疗效，也可多服几天。
方法二： 篱栏药膳治头晕 用中草药篱栏25克，带壳鸡蛋一个，大米50克，煮成稀粥，可加适量油、盐、味精调味。煮熟后，去篱栏渣和蛋壳，一天分2次食用药粥和鸡蛋，一般连续食用3天，头晕头痛症状即有明显好转。此药粥不仅香甜可口，可治疗头晕头痛，还具有辅助降压作用。
位于双脚脚背的脚小趾下方，脚掌第一骨头边缘处，触摸时有颗粒微凸感觉。找到微凸的小颗粒，用手按住后定点揉按。
6.耳朵（反射区有交叉）：
在双脚脚底的四、五趾与脚掌相交处下方的肌肉。按摩时要由上往下扣住后，往内侧按摩。
头晕可能是颈椎病的表现
各型颈椎病均可以表现有头疼、头晕、头皮发麻、手麻、肩痛，甚至伴有恶心、心慌等症状。早期的颈椎病症状不是很明显，也可以自行恢复，因此，许多年轻人完全没有意识到颈椎病的侵袭。一旦长期疼痛，恢复起来就不容易了。
