二、学情分析1.知识基础经过前期的英语学习,学生掌握了一些较为基础的关于个人生活娱乐设施和人际关系的基础词汇与表达,但在关于如何表达具体的社区设施信息、服务信息,并对他人的相关提问进行回应方面缺乏系统的词汇、句型训练及练习。

学生能够通过图片与情境猜测词义,但是听力水平普遍较低,在捕捉细节信息时容易遗漏、误判关键信息,需要反复练习。

2.认知能力学生对于社区生活有一定了解,但是在介绍社区设施信息、服务信息以及回应客户询问方面,缺乏相应的知识储备和迁移能力。

教师在教学活动中应注意课堂问题链的层次性、逻辑性与关联性,为学生话题产出构建充分的语言和观点支架。

3.学习特点学生学习态度端正,思维活跃,喜欢在“真实的情景中”进行语言学习。

因此教师对教学活动应进行合理的设计,由易到难,由简到繁,由机械模仿到替换练习,再到语言实践,逐步铺设台阶,把学生可能遇到的困难挫折降到最低。
