Itis also used in the conveyor belt, seals and otherhigh performance compounds.USAGE AND FUNCTION Carbon black N326 in the natural rubbercompounds has similar physical-mechanicalperformance as channel black while thevulcanization rate is kept same. Its iodine adsorption value is 82 g/kg, and DBP adsorption is102cm3/100g. 热裂解法炭黑:橡胶炭黑N990系列炭黑则采用天然气为原料,在隔绝空气的条件下无火焰燃烧,裂解生成,称热裂解法炭黑,碳黑N990其基本性能与炉法炭黑有较大区别。
碳黑N990优点主要表现在:一、粒子尺寸和分布,平均粒子尺寸为280nm,氮表面积7-11平方米/克,吸磺值为10克/公斤,CTAB法表面积为9平方米/克;二、粒子聚集度很小或说结构很低,显示为许多单独的球形炭黑粒子,基他部分由为数不多的熔接粒子组成,对比其它品种炭黑,整体聚集度很低。
