单脐动脉的彩超诊断价值

【摘要】Objective:To evaluate the clinical role of Color Doppler Ultrasonography in the prenatal diagnosis of single umbilical artery Method: Use TVCDI or TACDI to examine the pregnant women considering the gestational weeks of them Result: 7 single umbilical artery cases was found by ultrasonic testing,and further inspecting among them found some fetal anomaly.And some fetal anomaly were found by ultrasonic testing, and more scanning among them found some single umbilical artery cases.%目的彩超检查在单脐动脉诊断中的临床应用价值。方法采用经腹或经阴道彩色多普勒超声结合孕妇孕周检查。结果超声发现7例单脐动脉，追踪发现某些胎儿畸形，或者超声检出某些胎儿畸形，再仔细扫查发现伴发单脐动脉。
