二、体验模仿任何一种语言都是一种活的语言,英语也不例外。
没有一定的语言环境作为载体,那种语言也就失去了活力,成了死的语言。
在课堂教学活动中,教师的举手投足、一言一行都能向学生传递一定的信息,尽量将英美人士表情丰富的显著特点表达出来,使学生受到潜移默化的影响,进而引导他们去模仿。
在我的引导下,同学们在听、说、演、用的过程中努力地去体验语言、感悟语言,从而对语言有个初步的感性认识,再通过小组合作学习、任务型学习、探究性学习等方式深化语言的习得过程,让学生接触、运用并充分理解所复习的语言材料,进而引导他们从感性认识逐步上升为理性认识。
三、活学活用我向来反对同学们学习时死板教条、死记硬背,这样不仅大大降低了课堂效率,而且久之大部分同学也会失去学习英语的兴趣。
我总是鼓励同学们创造性地使用语言,学生们在课堂教学活动中的演示、讨论等方面只要存在着合理的方面,或者有所发挥或创新,我总是适时地给予合理的肯定和评议,以便引导他们主动地投身于教学活动并参与竞争,主动地使用英语,最大限度地调动他们的积极性。
另外,及时的对所学知识进行盘点、理清思路,使所学知识纵横交织,密集成网,帮助学生们建立庞大的知识网络,也能优化学习方法,大大提高课堂效率。

如:句型操练、计划练习,这些练习用途很小,效率也不高。

例如,学习形容词的比较级和最高级的时候,我们应该知道该语法的目的是用这些形式、机构来描述事物的共同点、差异性。
我们从这个角度来设计适当的事例,学生就容易把枯燥的语法规则和语言运用结合起来了。
避免了单调、枯燥效率低。
再如:我们在学习宾语从句的时候,尽可能地用贴近生活的句子来引入Do you know? Could you tell me 来引导,避免用一些生僻的句子,如:Do you ask me ?总之,新语法教学的机械操练应控制在一定范围之内,一节课不能太多,否则课堂会显得boring .反复训练、大量训练也解决不了问题教师只有将语法贴近生活,贴近学生,让学生全体参与,才能更好地进行语法教学。

2、抓辞汇和句型学习,经常进行听写练习,进步学生对记忆单词和句型的能力;另外从开学初就开始初狠抓英语课文背诵。
3、课内外多听多说英语。
上课时尽可能用英语授课,这样能使学生更多地接触英语。
每堂课要用一定的时间让学生用所学过的平经常使用语和所学句型表演不同情势的对话,也能够结合实物和图片等用英语进行简单的描写,培养学生的语感。
4、抓测验,重视讲评课,并进行考试分析。
5、为了增加学生的辞汇量,让学生天天积累5个单词,并每周检查一次。
6、在教学进程中我发现师徒结对也是好的学习方法,因此我采取了师徒结对活动。
三、教学方面1、教学工作本人对工作扎扎实实、兢兢业业,以为不管甚么工作只要尽心尽力地去做,都会有一种成绩感。
在这类正确的思想和理念指导下,工作起来就如鱼得水。
首先,我认真地分析教材的编写特点及体系,知道了中学英语必须要求把握的学习内容,然后就有的放矢地结合中学生的生活实际进行口语、辞汇、句型的练习。

英语课堂中,一些本应让学生自己去想去做的事情,却让老师给包办了,这样学到的知识点很快就会被遗忘,同时学生不经历考虑和理解的过程,也就不会形成自己的理解。
其实老师应该相信自己的学生,给学生时机,先要求他们自己去尝试、去做,让他们经历考虑的过程,形成自己对问题和对知识点的见解,然后老师再加以补充和完善。
只有这样,才能真正提升学生的学习效率,进步课堂教学质量。
篇2:关于初中英语教学随笔我们老师经常抱怨或是批评学生上课容易走神,注意力不够集中。
我常常在想,这难道全是因为学生的自控才能差而造成的吗?其实,学生上课注意力不集中,除了和学生自控才能差之外,和我们老师也有一定的关系。
试想,一节课假设是枯燥无味、缺乏生动,学生就没有兴趣,不爱听讲,自然就容易注意力分散。
所以就必需要求老师上好每一节课,进步课堂的活泼性和兴趣性,从而调动学生的积极性,提升课堂教学和学习的效率。
首先,老师在上课之前要做好扎实的备课,认真钻研教材,将如何上好本节课的教学方式与教学手段考虑周全;其次,老师也应具备丰富的课外知识,结合教材内容,适当穿插与之相关的课外知识,丰富学生的阅历和见识;最后,老师要和学生做朋友,在课堂上不能俨然一副不可进犯的姿态,让学生不能接近,而是要增加亲和力,让学生喜欢你、走近你。
只有这样,学生的积极性才会被调动起来,兴趣也才会提升,听课的注意力自然集中,课堂学习的效率就会大大进步。

The literary books not only described an attractive world, but the more important thing was that it enlightened me to be a better girl. what I learned from these novels helps me to be independent and I have my own thinking.
