3、练听力还是以VOA的听力为主每天一篇写下来再对照答案。
三、冲刺阶段：（5月20日——6月20日）1、背单词再将单词从头至尾背一遍直到考试单词至少要背三遍如果学有余力掌握拼写另外将所做的阅读真题里的陌生单词都整理到一张纸上不要写中文意思只写英文然后每天有空拿出来背一背效果显著单词是基础。

龙泉中学七年级英语学科提升计划

七年级的学生是刚从小学升到中学，由于小学时部分学校师资缺乏，没有开设英语课，因此学生基本上没有接触过英语或是英语基础薄弱。
从本班英语水平的实际情况出发，为了激发学生学习英语的兴趣，增强学生的听、说、读、写能力，帮助学生树立学英语的自信心，形成有效的学习策略，养成良好的学习习惯，同时也为他们今后的英语学习打更坚实的基础。
故特拟定本计划。
重点：培养学生的爱好和兴趣，扬其所长，激发个性，增加学生的词汇量，促进学生综合语言运用能力的发展及口语交际表达能。
具体措施：
一、精心备课，设计好课堂环节
备课是上好一节课的前提。
只有精心设计好一节课，才会收到事半功倍的效果，我们把英语学科的传统五步教学法与新课标紧密结合起来，力求在整个教学过程设计一个个小任务，这也是英语新课标要求的任务型教学。
比如单元下的话题教学，首先通过情景设置，图文结合，给学生展示课文中短语，让学生结合单词意思来了解。
其次是听力的练习，让学生听课文回答问题，整体感知课文，提高学生获取信息的能力。
再次让学生带着问题找知识点，培养学生发现问题的能力。
最后，在熟悉课文、领悟其意之后，结合关键词、短语、简笔画、图表等复述课文，通过诸多任务来完成本节课
的学习目标--听、说、读、写。
值得注意的是，课堂要结合学生实际，力争容量大、节奏感强，培养学生良好的学英语的习惯。
二、采用灵活多样的授课方式，提高学生学习兴趣
其实在英语学习中，教师的激情，学生的兴趣是关键，如何让学生产生兴趣，重要的是灵活多样的课堂活动类型，比如听英文歌曲、看英文短剧、看图片、设情景、小组讨论、演讲、组间比赛、动手制作等方式，让学生参与到课堂活动之中，让学生分享课堂的乐趣，培养他们学习兴趣，激发学习动机，轻松愉悦地记忆单词、短语、课文，从而提高他们的学习成绩。
三、关注学生个体，建立融洽的师生关系
良好的师生关系在提高学生成绩方面是很重要的。
首先要关注学生的学习成绩，对于每次考试后学生成绩的起伏，都要给予适当的肯定和鼓励，而不是见到学生考不好就批评一顿，应让学生知道不足。
教师也应做到试后反思，及时改进教学方法。
其次要关注学生情感，及时和学生沟通，发现他们的变化、他们的问题，适时了解他们的心理变化，做学生的良师益友，他们如果喜欢你，就会接近你，亲其师而信其道。
四、成立学习小组，注重个别辅导
在班级内部成立学习小组，各组之间形成竞争，由组长负责小组成员。
比如平时单词，课文过关，做到教师考组长、组长考组员的层层过关机制和教师的抽测制，老师和学生从七年级开始一如既
往的坚持从不懈怠。
尤其抓好临近及格率和临近优秀率的学生，做到天天抓、时时管。
对于缺少语言环境的英语学科而言，教师必须付出很多的努力，必须关注了解你的学生。
五．做好陪优补差工作
对于优等生，做到：
1) 课堂上拓展学生知识面，扩大阅读量；
2) 加强优等生基础知识与交际运用能力的训练；
3) 对学生进行单独辅导；
4) 在每一次的检测练习中，注重对优生情况的检查，及时发现问题，及时解决问题；
5) 多沟通、多鼓励、多关心、多辅导。
对于学困生，做到：
1) 对书本基础知识点进行过关；
2) 上课多提问，抓住差生的注意力，注意培养他们的英语学习兴趣；
3)要求他们课后及时复习，并进行检查；
4）抓反复，反复抓，注意差生情况更糟的出现；
5）努力培养他们的英语学习方法；
6）多沟通、多鼓励、多关心、多辅导；
六．开展丰富多彩的活动。
