基于智慧职教的高职公共英语线上教学实践与反思
1研究背景2020年新春，一场突如其来的疫情席卷全球，给各行各业带来了一定的冲击。
在这段特殊时期里，全国各大中小学都延迟甚至取消了本年度春季学期的线下教学活动。
教育部印发的《关于在疫情防控期间做好普通高等学校在线教学组织与管理工作的指导意见》（以下简称意见）要求各高校应立足自身实际情况，充分利用已有的线上优质教学资源，依托各级各类网络在线学习平台和空间，积极开展在线教学活动，保障2020年春季学期的教学进度及质量。
高职公共英语是高职院校非英语专业大一学生的必修基础课程，该课程旨在通过结合理论和实践，让学生掌握基础的英语语言知识，培养学生的英语语言应用能力和思辨能力。
该课程课时长、受众广，在短时间内要成功展开大规模的线上教学实非易事。
娄底职业技术学院高职英语课程团队根据课程特点和授课方式提前部署，有效整合信息化教学资源，精心打造了智慧职教平台慕课——高职英语；同时，课程团队还充分利用钉钉直播、QQ及微信等现代化技术手段对学生进行个性化辅导，构建了“MOOC+钉钉直播+QQ和微信”的在线教学模式。
娄底职业技术学院高职英语课程团队于2020年2月17日展开高职英语课程在线教学，并顺利完成了全校2019级4000多名学生春季学期的线上教学任务。
2高职英语课程线上教学准备2.1选择合适线上教学平台，确定教学方式经过长期积累，智慧职教平台有大量高质量的教学资料可借鉴，利于师生学习。
再者，该平台的任务、作业和统计等模块功能齐全，便于教师管理学生的学习进度。
但是，智慧职教的缺点在于直播功能比较单薄，教师利用智慧职教难以顺利完成视频直播教学任务。
相比而言，钉钉直播的课堂同屏功能强大，播放视频流畅，但其不足之处是教学资料相对缺乏。
高职英语课程教学团队在对比考察了多个在线教学平台之后，最终根据本课程的性质与特点，选择智慧职教、钉钉、QQ和微信这几个优质平台和软件，确定了“智慧职教MOOC+钉钉直播+QQ及微信”的教学模式。

新课程标准背景下高职公共英语核心素养培养的研究摘要：核心素养是《高职英语课标( 2021 年版) 》落实立德树人的具体体现，教学以及课程的积极改革均离不开核心素养的引导。
基于信息技术的高效性和英语课程核心素养的培养目标，本研究探讨以新课程标准为依据，从信息化教学平台入手以英语核心素养为教育目标对高职英语课程教学进行研究。
关键词：《高职英语课标( 2021 年版) 》；高职公共英语；核心素养引言2021年3月23日国家教育部发布了《高等职业教育专科英语课程标准(2021年版)》(简称《高职英语课标(2021年版)》)，这有助于建立我国职业教育国家标准、促进我国现代职业教育体系建设。
新课标明确提出了高职公共英语核心素养的培养目标，这对于高职院校学生综合能力的提升产生积极影响，高职公共英语教师在进行英语教学过程中应重视对学生核心素养的培养。
一、高职公共英语学科核心素养的内涵2021年3月23日教育部正式颁布的《高职英语课标》(2021年版)有力地指导高职公共英语的课程建设与改革。
新课标指出英语学科四大核心素养包括职场涉外沟通、多元文化交流、语言思维提升和自主学习完善四个方面，将育人性、科学性和职业性有机融为一体，并与其他学科共同承担培养学生发展核心素养的任务。
新课标中英语学科四大核心素养既各有特点，又相互联系。
职场涉外沟通指出在职业工作中使用英语的需要，鲜明体现了英语学科的工具性及职业性，是高职公共英语课程与其他课程的首要区别；多元文化交流素养强调我国高职学生应具备不同的文化背景知识，并且在用英语了解不同文化的同时，也能用英语向对方讲述中国故事，传播中国文化，以此坚定文化自信和民族认同感。
语言思维提升表明了在教学中对高职学生个体的认知水平发展的重视。
学生的思维水平在英语学习过程中通过分析英语话语、辨析语言思维及文化差异来提升，在思辨过程中注重尊重事实、谨慎判断、公正评价、善于探究的思维品格的培养。

鉴于区域性经济对于人才的需求各异、不同专业的就业去向对英语能力的要求差异较大，以及学生未来就业岗位对英语口、笔头沟通能力的需求不同，各校可根据不同专业的特点，以学生的职业需求和发展为依据，制定不同的教学要求，为学生提供多种学习选择，充分体现分类指导、因材施教的原则。
以下教学要求供各校在制定实施性高职英语课程教学大纲时参考。
较高要求：适用于未来职业对英语能力要求高的专业1．掌握3,500个英语单词（含在中学阶段已经掌握的词汇）以及由这些词构成的常用词组，对参考词汇表中列出的3,000个共核词汇能在口头和书面表达时加以熟练运用。
