现应甲方要求，经双方友好平等协商，就乙方提供同城异地出口快件取件服务事宜，一致同意以下补充协议：1．甲、乙双方同意甲方的以下联系人在下述账号所属城市中除账号注册地址以外的其他地址使用上述“60”帐号发件。
所有在同城异地由乙方承运的上述“60”帐号下产生的出口快件的运费均由甲方按照《中外运敦豪运输服务合同》规定的价格、时间等向乙方支付。
在本补充协议有效期内，若本条规定的联系人、地点等信息发生变更的，甲方应提前三个工作日以传真或电子邮件通知乙方，并按乙方在收到上述通知后三个工作日内最终确认过的新的信息执行。
同城异地发件票数占全月发件票数的_______%。
2．甲方应按照本补充协议第一条的规定正确使用上述“60”帐号，且乙方仅在满足本补充协议第一条规定的情形下方为甲方提供同城异地出口快件取件服务。
若甲方未能按照本补充协议第一条的规定而造成的上述帐号使用中的错误或损失均由甲方自行承担。
为保证上述“60”帐号正确使用，甲方应定期对所有帐单进行核查，并采取相关措施避免帐号被盗用。
3．本补充协议经双方签字盖章后生效，从年月日至年月日终止。
任何一方如欲提前终止本补充协议，应提前30天以书面形式通知对方。
若甲方违反本补充协议的规定，经乙方书面通知后仍未改善的，则乙方有权立即解除本补充协议。
4．本补充协议一式两份，甲乙双方各执一份，具有相同法律效力。
甲、乙双方同意，若以传真方式签署合同，则传真件合同效力等同于原件。
5．除上述规定外，《中外运敦豪运输服务合同》的其他条款仍然有效并保持不变。

甲方（以下简称“甲方”）与乙方（以下简称“乙方”）本着互惠互利、诚实信用的原则，经友好协商，就乙方委托甲方提供快递服务事宜，达成如下协议：一、服务内容1. 甲方同意按照乙方要求，提供快递服务，确保乙方所寄送物品安全、及时、准确地送达目的地。
2. 甲方提供的快递服务包括但不限于：国内快递、国际快递、包裹快递、文件快递等。
二、服务标准1. 甲方保证在规定的时间内，将乙方所寄送的物品送达目的地。
2. 甲方对乙方所寄送的物品，实行全程跟踪，确保物品在运输过程中安全无损失。
3. 甲方保证在收件时，对乙方所寄送的物品进行严格检查，确保物品完好无损。
4. 甲方在运输过程中，对乙方所寄送的物品，进行必要的安全防护措施。
三、服务费用1. 甲方按照乙方要求，提供快递服务，费用按照甲方收费标准执行。
2. 乙方应在甲方提供服务后，按照约定方式及时支付服务费用。
四、违约责任1. 甲方未能按照约定时间将物品送达目的地，每延误一天，甲方应向乙方支付延误费用。
2. 甲方在运输过程中，导致乙方所寄送物品损坏或丢失，甲方应按照物品价值赔偿乙方。
3. 乙方未按照约定时间支付服务费用，每延误一天，应向甲方支付滞纳金。
五、争议解决1. 双方在履行本协议过程中发生的争议，应友好协商解决。
2. 如协商不成，任何一方均可向甲方所在地人民法院提起诉讼。
六、协议期限1. 本协议自双方签字盖章之日起生效，有效期为一年。
2. 协议期满后，如双方无异议，本协议自动续期一年。
