PASS、COMPASS产品在110kV电网中值得推广应用的分析【摘要】随着电力设备制造水平的不断提升,其结果必然会对电能供应的质量和安全有了进一步保障,并能有效缓解电力供需矛盾。

采用技术先进、可靠性高、免维护的电气设备,合理控制工程造价,是提高电网长周期安全运行和电力企业经济效益的迫切要求。

而新建(或改造一个老站成为)一个成套新型的变电站必须在可靠性、经济性、占地面积,环境保护和适用性等方面达到创一流标准满足电力用户的要求已成为关键因素。

【关键词】110kV电网成套新型COMPAS紧凑型预制PASS MO插接式间隔1 引言采用模块化设计,把所需的功能元件组合在一个模块上实现免维护是电气主设备制造业带有根本性的发展方向。

本文向读者介绍江阴苏源—华电高压电器有限公司与意大利ABB ADDA公司合作生产的COMPASS(COMpact Prefabricated Air-insulated SUb-Station的缩写),即紧凑型预制的空气外绝缘组合式变电站和PASS MO(Plug And Switch System)插接式开关装置。

由于该二项产品不能满足220kV系统额定短路开断电流≥50kA的要求,故不能采用,但现在正在研发和调试,相信很快就能在220kV电网中开拓广泛应用。

2 目前110kV变电站设备概况综述目前110kV变电站的配电装置主要有:AIS(Air Insulaled Switchgear)配电装置是采用大量绝缘器件,将带电部分、接地部分分割一定的距离,依靠空气绝缘的开关设备。

GIS(Gas Insulaled Switchgear)是将母线BS、断路器GCB、隔离开关DS、接地开关ES、快速接地开关FES、电流互感器CT、电压互感器PT等元件加以组合,封闭于金属壳体内,充以一定的SF6绝缘气体组成封闭组合电器。

PASS MO是在AIS和GIS丰富经验的基础上开发的新产品。

PASS将传统空气绝缘开关设备的GCB、DS、ES、CT集成在一个模块中,通过有限数量的模块化设计来满足所需功能以确保间隔的最佳功能。

110kV变电站常见⼆次设备10kV变电站常见⼆次设备由于主⽹电压等级的升⾼,110kV 变电站的重要性较之从前下降了很多。

对于⼀般规模的市区110kV 变电站,多使⽤110/10kV 两圈变压器,⽆35kV 电压等级。

110kV 配电装置采⽤GIS 或PASS,⼀次接线形式多为桥型接线,部分重要变电站为单母分段接线;10kV 配电装置采⽤中置柜,⼀次接线形式为单母分段接线。

什么是pass:即插接式开关装置,ABB公司为⼴⼤⽤户最新研制的组合电器设备,将断路器、隔离开关及电流互感器摆放在⼀个密封舱内,采⽤SF6⽓体绝缘和⾃能吹弧技术,简称PASS。

可显著减少变电站的⽤地⾯积,可以进⾏快速安装,免于维护。

现PASS 产品有三种:1、基本型SIBB(含⼀组断路器、⼀组隔离开关、⼀组接地开关、两组电流互感器、六⽀橡胶绝缘套管)。

2、标准型SAB(含⼀组断路器、两组隔离开关、两组接地开关、两组电流互感器、六⽀橡胶绝缘套管)。

3、双母线型DBB(含两组断路器开关、三组隔离开关、⼀组接地开关、三组电流互感器、九⽀橡胶绝缘套管)。

什么是GIS:GIS是把整个变电站的⼀次设备包括断路器、避雷器及母线等集成在⼀个SF6⽓体的密闭室中,俗称SF6全封闭组合电器。

PASS与GIS的区别:GIS由于集成度过⾼,⼀旦有⼀个断路器出问题,那么整个变电站都要停电,扩⼤了停电范围,损失⽐较⼤。

另外,由于其将所有的电⽓设备放在⼀个⽓室中,相应的就增加了事故的隐患。

如:常见的漏⽓问题,由于范围较⼤,很难查出故障点,增加了停电检修的难度、延长了停电的时间。

⽽PASS是把⼀相断路器加隔离开关和接地开关作为⼀个模块放在SF6密封舱中,每⼀相有独⽴的外壳,其可靠性和灵活性较⾼。

与GIS不同,对PASS来说如果某⼀相有问题就更换那⼀相,缩⼩了停电范围和检修时间。

内桥接线的⼆次设备以内桥接线的110 /10KV变电站为例:其站内主要⼆次设备包括:110kV 主变保护测控屏(主变保护、测控、操作箱)、综合测控屏(公共测控、110kV 电压并列)、110kV 备⾃投屏(备⾃投、内桥充电保护)、远动屏、电度表屏(主变两侧计量)、10kV 线路保护装置(安装在开关柜上,类似还有电容器、接地变、10kV 电压并列)。

这些户外超高压新型组合电器的采用对于提高超高压变电站的运行可靠性,更有效的节省占地面积和空间,使施工安装更简单、运行维护更方便等方面起了重大的作用。

本文主要对西门子HIS型与ABB瑞士工厂PASS型两种组合电器进行了分析,并探讨了其在电网中的应用。

关键词:HIS;组合电器;应用前言:如何正确的使用户外超高压新型组合电器是我们必须探讨的问题。

下面介绍了西门子HIS 型与ABB瑞士工厂PASS型两种组合电器的比较及其在电网中的应用。

1 西门子HIS型245~550kV组合电器1.1 基本结构及特点HIS型组合电器属于金属封闭式组合电器。

采用有成熟生产和运行经验的GIS各种元件为基本模块,按照用户要求的电气主接线,组合成单相组合电器,它采用户外SF6绝缘套管,通过软导线与超高压配电装置常规的敞开式铝管母线或软母线系统相连接。

HIS型245kV组合电器采用8DN9-245kV GIS元件,主要包括:①单断口SF6断路器;②隔离开关及接地开关;③快速接地开关;④电流互感器;⑤电容式电压互感器;⑥户外出线套管。

它们都封闭在铝合金外壳内,采用SF6气体绝缘,并且都是单独的气室。

各元件之间的连接法兰盘采用统一的尺寸,使得组合电器的各元件可以完全按照用户要求的电气主接线,任意拼接组合,达到完全模块化生产。

HIS型550kV组合电器采用8DQ1-550kV GIS元件,其主要元件的类型以及结构特点与245kV组合电器相同。

图1是用于一个半断路器接线500kV户外配电装置中间连络断路器回路的HIS型550kV组合电器。

中间是2组垂直布置的出线套管,通过软导线分别与出线或主变压器回路相连接,包括1台双断口SF6断路器、4组隔离开关及接地开关、2组电流互感器,及1套控制单元。

光电式电流电压传感器已经过试验并在GIS上有运⾏业绩。

ABB声称能保证20a内免检修。

(3) 简化设备,⽤尽量少的元件完成全部功能,如取消出线隔离开关及接地⼑等。

(4) 在⼀次设备中采⽤了智能化传感器技术和微处理技术,通过数字通信实现对设备的在线监测、诊断、过程监视和站内计算机监控。

从PASS开关到继电保护、测量计量及监控系统均采⽤光缆连接,⼆次电缆少。

这些技术⽬前在世界上是领先的。

(5)对⼀次设备的在线监测、⾃动状态校核和缺陷报警等代替了传统的定期检查试验和预防性试验,将定期检查改变为状态检修,运⾏⼈员可根据设备运⾏状况及趋势分析结果,安排检修和维护时间。

这样既减少了设备停电检修的⼏率和时间,减少了运⾏成本,也减少⼈为因素造成的设备损坏。

(6) 检修时整体更换,⽆须拆装和调试,减少停电时间。

6 存在的的问题及实际处理
1、在内桥结线中,如果PASS开关检修则需将电源进线停电。 2、为其它设备提供安全间隔却无明显断开点和接地点。 3、易发生误操作(带电合接地刀闸)。

DescriptionThe PSR range is the most compact of all ABB’s softstarter ranges. The compact PSR range makes it possible to fit many devices into the same enclosure. A PSR together with a MMS (manual motor starter) makes up a far more compact starting solution than a Star-Delta starter, for instance.Flexible mountingPSR softstarters from 3 to 45 A are possible to mount on a DIN-rail, ensuring quick and easy mounting. Naturally, all sizes can be screw mounted.Few settingsThe setup of the PSR is easily done and confirmed using the three clearly marked potentiometers on the front.Built-in by-pass for energy savingThe built-in by-pass on all sizes does not only save energy; it will also ensure the most compact ABB’s softstarter design and reduce the installation time. Thanks to the reduced heat generation, the softstarter can be mounted inside high IP class enclosures.Suitable for stopping pumpsEven without using torque control, the PSR range is designed to reduce water hammering. Compared to the direct stops of a Star-Delta starter or a DOL starter the PSR is superior. See the stop ramp with step-down voltage below.System concept with manual motor startersAll PSR softstarter sizes can easily be connected to the corresponding manual motor starters from ABB by using the special designed connection kits.
