然而,通用软件不免在某些专业领域中有所欠缺,如该软件还不具备直接求解桥梁问题的能力。

这些不足势必会阻碍该软件的推广和使用。

因此,实现其在桥梁工程中的二次开发与应用是十分迫切的。

针对上述问题,本文提出采用ANSYS提供的二次开发技术进行桥梁问题求解,并将其成功地应用到确定斜拉桥成桥恒载索力检算中,本文利用ANSYS二次开发技术开发斜拉桥成桥状态恒载索力检算程序,并为以后其他斜拉桥的分析计算提供了方便,为以后类似问题的ANSYS开发提供一些思路。

1 ANSYS的二次开发技术1.1 用户程序界面设计技术ANSYS为用户进行程序界面设计提供了一种专言即UIDL(User Interface Design Language)。

UIDL中程序化的语言,它允许用户改变ANSYS的图户界面(GUI)中的一些组项。

UIDL提供了一种用户灵活使用、按个人喜好来组织设计ANSYS用户界面的强有力工具,它在ANSYS的命令中架设其他用户程序与ANSYS之间的桥梁方面起到不可低估的作用。

鉴于斜拉桥施工过程和成桥状态的相关性,尤其在施工阶段结构体系不断转换的过程中,结构的内力和位移变化更加复杂,因此模拟分析斜拉桥的施工过程与控制成为了目前研究领域的热点研究课题[1]。

在学习和总结前人研究工作的基础上,运用有限元软件ANSYS参数化设计语言(ANSYS Parametric Design Language,简称APDL)建立空间三维梁杆单元计算模型,对某斜拉桥施工过程进行模拟,并与有限元软件MIDAS/CIVIL计算结果[2]进行对比,用以校正模拟结果的合理性和准确性。

1 斜拉桥施工过程模拟1.1 基本原理斜拉桥作为高次超静定结构,其结构计算是比较复杂的。

鉴于斜拉索是斜拉桥的主要承重构件,斜拉索索力可以看作是作用在主梁或主塔上的集中力,把主梁或主塔单独取出,可以看作有多个集中力作用的连续梁或悬臂梁,由此可以找出斜拉索索力与主梁内力之间的关系[3]。

首先假定定义二者之间的关系为如式(1)所示。

(2)荷载工况,荷载和单元强度随机变量分布 对于该公铁两用斜拉桥而言,在满载的火车荷载和汽车荷载情况下,汽车荷载占的比例小于5%,而且 下面的分析表明失效单元大多集中在主梁体系下层的铁路桥面内,上层公路纵横梁和上弦杆都很安全。因 此,我们可以认为,汽车荷载对该结构可靠性的影响可以忽略。通过对比计算,选取了一种火车荷载接近 满载的荷载工况作为可靠性分析的外载,并视为广义荷载l。 假定外载和单元许用应力均服从正态分布,外载和单元许用应力相互之间统计独立,而各单元许用应 力之间的相关系数为0.7.具体统计参数见表1,其中L为外载设置水平,以广义外载即选定的荷载工况 为一个基本计量单位,基本设置为L_1。

本文在自振分析中考虑了斜拉桥的前25阶 振动形态。从第一阶振动频率的0.08864Hz 到第二十阶振动频率为1.3427Hz,我们可 以得出:斜拉桥具有密布的频谱。在一个 较宽的频域范围内,许多振型都有可能被 动力载荷激起强烈的振动;采用十阶以上 的振型分析。同时发现大跨度斜拉桥的柔 度较低,有自振周期长,固有频率低的特 点。

2.1 材料模型
预应力钢筋混凝土斜拉桥的主要构件为两部分。钢筋混 凝土通过单元选项考虑配筋率等参数,预应力筋通过温度考 虑预应力大小。材料参数如表 1 所示。

此外,对于铁路桥梁来说,列车过桥是一个瞬态动力学 的过程,结构受载随时间变化,前后时刻的桥梁状态相互影 响。国内外计算桥梁动载的方法是将动载简化为静活载,计
模型,运用与真实情况相符的瞬态动力学的计算方法。随着 数值方法的发展和软件应用,大型有限元软件已经可以建立 与物理模型极其吻合的离散模型来模拟实际结构,分析受力 响应和承载过程。计算结果可以直观、快速、高效地给出结 构静态变形分布、与时间相关的受力情况,为桥梁的强度校 核、设计验算提供高精度、多尺度的数值依据。

2.3 恒载条件
计算中,定义结构的自重、配重、及其他静载荷为恒载。 为了计算结构在恒载和动载共同作用下的响应,将结构在恒 载作用下的应力和变形情况当作施加动载的初始条件。恒载 位置及大小如表 2。

基于Midas对矮塔斜拉桥的有限元建模分析【摘要】矮塔斜拉桥之所以被广泛应用、快速发展源于其合理的结构体系,结构受力清晰、明确,具有经济、美观、施工方便、适用跨径灵活多变等优点。

本文以某市矮塔斜拉桥为案例进行有限元建模分析,通过这个过程去了解斜拉桥的施工方法和流程,为今后类似桥梁工程设计施工提供借鉴。

1、某市矮塔斜拉桥主要情况该桥位于某市高速公路,桥梁结构形式采用双塔三跨预应力混凝土单索面,设计荷载为公路-I级,桥面横坡为双向2.0%,主桥宽度25.50米[2*10.72(行车道)+3.00米(中间带)+2*0.5(防撞栏)],5cm沥青砼磨耗层+ 10cm厚的水泥砼桥面铺装。

2、桥跨布置2.1主梁尺寸:跨径组合为100m+180m+100m,即边跨跨径100m,主跨跨径180m,塔根部无索区长度34m,与主跨径比值为0.188,跨中无索区长度48m,与主跨径比值为0.267,边跨无索区长度取34m,与边跨跨径比值为0.34。

2.2索塔尺寸:截面采用矩形,横桥向为2.2m,纵桥向由有索区段4.5m渐变为塔底的8.0m,塔高26m。

2.3斜拉索布置:采用单索面双排索布置,取梁上索距为4m,塔上索距为1.2m。

全桥共36对斜拉索,编号从索塔根部至跨中(从里到外)分别为C1~C9,拉索倾角为19.21~21.51°。

3、主要结构设计施工要点3.1、主梁:主梁采用变高度单箱三室截面,斜腹板,顶板宽25.5m,顶板悬臂长度4.00m。

3.2、顶板厚度:顶板厚度为30cm,悬臂板端部厚30cm,根部板厚40cm。

3.3底板厚度:底板板厚由跨中40cm变厚至支点处140cm,边腹板厚为60cm,中腹板板厚为50cm。

3.4、腹板厚度:边腹板厚为60cm,中腹板板厚为50cm。

3.5、中室和边室横隔板厚度分别为30cm和30cm。

端横梁的厚度150cm。

3.6、主梁节段划分:主梁零号块长度为10m,悬臂施工标准节段长度分为3.5m、3、3.2、2.5和19×4.00m几种,全桥共设3个合龙段,其长度为2.00和1.6米,悬臂施工的节段最大重量为4500kN,边跨现浇段长度8m。

独塔无背索斜拉桥[1]是利用倾斜主塔的自重来平衡主梁的竖向荷载,取消了背索的使用,形式更加的简单优美受力也更加的合理,本文将以亚洲第一座独塔无背双索面斜拉桥-太阳桥为工程背景进行研究,太阳桥是国内设计最为独特的桥梁之一[2],它位于太阳岛靠松花江处的河口,整体形状是单个斜臂桥塔,斜拉索全集中在桥塔的钝角一侧。

本文首先回顾了斜拉桥在受力特点结构体系索塔形式等方面的发展历程,总结了独塔无背索斜拉桥的结构特点和发展现状,然后对独塔无背索斜拉桥的索塔结构设计参数和合理成桥状态进行了理论研究。

二、斜拉桥的特点与发展无背索斜拉桥,是景观桥梁中的一种形式,最著名的一座是Alamillo桥,由西班牙的建筑师与工程师Calatrava为1992年世博会建的景观桥,跨度200m,当时桥梁使人为之一振,Calatrava本人也被IABSE(国际桥协)评为杰出青年工程师。

此后,捷克工程师Milan Komínek1995-1998年设计建造了跨Eble河的Mariansky桥,跨度123.5+55.5m。
