组织方式：以省（市、自治区）为单位，由各省（市、自治区）大学外语教学研究会（指委
会）组织成立复赛组委会，主办复赛，外研社驻当地机构协办。
参赛资格：复赛组委会至少提前两周将复赛通知发给本省（市、自治区）全部符合参赛资格

关于公布第七届“外研社杯”全国高职高专英语写作大赛总决赛

各高职高专院校：
“第七届‘外研社杯’全国高职高专英语写作大赛”总决赛在全国高职高专院校的大力支持下，经过由教育部职业院校外语类专业教学指导委员会（以下简称“外语教指委”）委员、分委员等所组成专家组的评审，从入围总决赛的156所院校、182名选手中评选出公共英语组一等奖10名、二等奖30名、三等奖87名；英语专业组一等奖5名、二等奖15名、三等奖35名。
具体获奖名单见附件。
本次大赛历时半年，800多所院校的1800余名学生参加了复赛，取得了较大的社会影响。
大赛促进了高职高专院校间外语教学的交流，同时也展示了各院校的英语教学水平和改革成果。
外语教指委希望各高职高专院校以大赛为契机，重视学生英语写作能力的培养，并进一步关注学生英语应用能力的整体提高，从而推动全国高职高专英语教学的总体发展。
