信息填写完毕后，点击“保留”按钮，如图9所示：图9.填写用户信息即可进入主界面3 主界面系统主界面，界面分为四个区域，别离为应用区、菜单区、资讯区、快捷启动区，如以下图10，以下为各区功能介绍：➢应用区包括应用宝库和应用卸载：●应用宝库——是高立开元公司提供的可供用户下载、安装的全数应用软件列表；应用软件包括桌面应用、手持软件和系统工具，桌面应用为运行在PC机上的应用软件，手持软件为运行在手持机上的应用软件。
提供软件的下载、安装、升级等操作。
●应用卸载——是用户安装好的应用软件列表，提供卸载操作，如下图11➢主菜单区包括应用宝库、应用卸载、设备治理、常规设置、个人资料、官网、论坛、帮忙等功能。
➢资讯区高立开元公司动态资讯➢快捷启动区用户安装完成的桌面应用，需要在此处启动运行。
而且自动将用户桌面上的快捷方式添加到快捷工具栏。

1)在主画面（见图3）点击入库查询，然后选择入库类型（见图4）。
2)进入单据列表画面选择某一条数据可以进行删除或者查看详细，删除则把个单据从数据库里删除；查看详细则进入详细信息画面，查看详细有两种操作方式可供选择，第一是单击选中某行记录然后点击“查看详细”按钮进入详细页面，第二是直接双击某一行进入详细页面；返回则回到主画面。

1)在主画面点击入库扫描，然后选择入库类型。

2)输入或扫描单据号；往来单位列表会初始化加载最多50条往来单位信息；也可以输入查询条件进行查询，查询条件可以是往来单位名称、编号、拼音缩写，如果使用编号和拼音缩写查询需要输入至少6个字符，并且不能以数字“0”开头，如果编号不够6位需要在后面补0，补够6位为止；单击某一行显示，双击某一行直接进入下一步操作，点击清空则取消选择当前的往来单位；往来单位可以为空，单号不能为空；如果单号已经存在，提示是否与已有单据合并，是则以已有单据信息为准，否则重新输入；返回则回到主画面，下一步进入到监管码扫描画面。
图Hale Waihona Puke .设备注册2.4手持程序（药监经营企业）只能通过登录画面的退出按钮和窗体关闭按钮来结束退出，其它方式的程序终止都属于非正常退出。

首先用户需要确定操作功能是出入库扫描还是查询，如果是扫描，那么点击出（入）库扫描，然后选择出（入）库类型，进入建立单据画面，填写或扫描单据号，选择往来单位（可选），再进入扫描监管码画面，开始扫描监管码，最后完成扫描，将数据保存到数据库；如果操作查询，那么点击出（入）库查询，选择出（入）库类型，进入出（入）库单据查询画面，输入查询条件，查询，将结果显示，用户可以选中某一个单据删除或者查看详细信息，进入详细画面，显示单据详细信息和单据下所有监管码，用户可已选择一个或多个监管码进行删除。

1 引言
1.1 标识
1.2 系统概述
用于药监生产批发企业电子监管码入出库管理，主要功能包括：出入库数据采集；将采集的出入库数据上传桌面客户端；往来单位下载、操作员下载。
2 操作说明
2.1 首次使用
2.1.1 熟悉设备
1) 设备左下角红色键就是表示开机键；
2) 设备开机以后，按开机键设备会进入待机状态，再按开机键就能解除待
机状态。
设备开机后，先按开机键，使手持机进入睡眠状态，再长按开
机键即可完成关机操作；
3) 按下开机键，听到“嘟”一声，连续按下G就能进行系统管理，系统
管理程序密码“9999”，该程序主要功能是应用程序升级，系统设置等
功能；
4) 注意：该设备的G和确认键的功能一样；
2.1.2 访问控制
设备的系统管理程序和格式化系统时，都需要口令，口令密码统一为：9999。
2.2 安装部署过程
2.2.1 安装概述
安装步骤：
1) 将设备通过USB线或者串口线与药监码入出库桌面客户端（经营企业）
软件连接。
注意：如果使用的USB线作为通讯线的话，一定需要安装
USB转串口驱动。
2) 将设备开机，会出现一个“按ESC键升级应用”的提示。
按ESC键就
能与药监码入出库桌面客户端（经营企业）软件通讯，实现程序安装。
2.2.2 环境配置
如果设备使用的通讯线是USB线的话，需要在电脑端安装USB转串口驱动。
2.3 启动过程
本系统启动过程：开机自启动。
2.4 停止和挂起工作
关机则停止系统运行，系统中的退出仅仅为重启应用程序系统。
3 用户指南
3.1 约定
1) 数据通讯之前，如果使用的是串口线，请接上电源，确保手持机正上方
灯亮着。
2) 本软件出现错误时，提示音为：“嘀”三声。
3) 扫码时，提示声为“嘟”。
3.2 用户登录
1) 下载操作员数据：开机后，按下G键进入应用，如图1所示，如果是第一
次使用系统，需要下载操作员数据，按【ESC】进入下载操作员界面，如图2所示，按下【确认】键，接收数据。

2）操作员登录：在图1中，输入用户名，按向下键或【确认】键，输入密码，
按【确认】键系统时间确认界面如图3所示，如果不需要设置系统时间，直接按【确认】键登录系统，登录后主界面如图4所示：

3.3 系统设置
1）系统时间设置：在图3中按【ESC】键进行系统时间设置，进入系统时间设定界面，如图5所示，按上下键在年月日时分秒之间移动，并设置正确的时间，按【确认】键完成系统时间设置。

2）系统设置：在图4中条码管理界面按“5”键选择系统设置，分别对企业类型，历史文件保存次数进行设置，如图6所示。
分别按下“1”和“2”键，进行企业类型和历史文件保存次数的设置，如图7、图8所示。
注意：只有第一次使用该系统时，才是强制需要系统设置。

3.4 出入库扫描
1) 选择出入库类型：在图4中，按“1”键进入选择出入库，如图9所示，再
按“1”键选择入库管理，如图10；或者按“2”键选择出库管理，如图11
所示。
再按相应数字键选择具体要扫描的出入库类型，按【确认】键确认。

2) 输入单号：以生产入库为例，在图10中，按“1”键，进入输入单号页面，
如图12所示，输入或扫描单号，按【确认】键确定单号。
注意：输入单号存在的话，会提示“此单号已存在，继续操作请确定！”，如果按【确认】键确定，则扫描的监管码被追加到该单号后。

3) 输入往来单位：在图12中，输入完单号，按【确认】键确定，就跳转到输
入往来单位页面，可以输入关键字进行查询，选择【下一步】就跳过往来单位的输入。
如果通过关键字进行查询时，有结果的话，再从结果中通过数字选择需要的往来单位。

4) 扫描药监码：按【扫描键】就可以进行扫描，如果扫描的码以前就已经扫描
过，会提示“错误！此码已经扫描”。
此界面上，显示出入库类型、当前操
作单号、当前单号已扫描药监码数量。
【ESC】返回到输入单号界面。

3.5 数据查询
1) 选择数据查询方式：在图4主界面下，按“2”键选择数据查询，进入选择
具体查询方式页面，如图16所示。

2) 单号查询：在图16中，按“1”键选单号查询，进入单号查询界面，如图
17所示，输入单号。
如果单号不存在，会提示“此单号不存在，请重新输入!”，单号存在，就会把此单号下的各种出入库情况显示出来，如图18所示，按下数字键查看具体详情，如图19所示，按“1”键进入如图20界面，在详情界面，按下【确认】提示“是否删除该单号?”，【确定】键删除，【ESC】键取消删除。

3) 扫码查询：在图16中，按“2”键选择扫码查询，进入扫码查询界面，如
图21所示，按【扫描】键，进行扫描，如果此药监码不存在，会提示“错误!，此码没有扫描”，存在就会提示“该药监码存在，是否删除？”，如图22所示，按【取消】不删除，按【确定】可删除。

3.6 数据删除
在图4的主界面中，按“3”键，进入数据删除页面，如图23所示，输入密码“9999”，按确定键，进入如图24界面

按“1”键进行所有数据删除，按“2”键删除出入库数据，方法见3.5数据查询时删除数据操作。
3.7 数据通讯
1) 选择操作类型：从条码管理主界面（图4），进入操作类型选择界面。

2) 上传或者下载数据:选择具体操作方式以后，会提示“是否发送(接收)数据”，
按下【确定】进行通讯，按下【ESC】返回到上一级。
