很多人说广东的物价比较高,其实在旅游业来讲,购物环节的价格的水平在南方属于中等偏上,并不会太高,以丝绸为例,粤绣与苏绣相当,所以价格并不高。

3.1.4 具有强烈吸引力的商品
广东早茶,“凤中皇”清远麻鸡,潮汕功夫茶,河源”津泰康”花菇,佛山石湾米酒玉冰烧,湛江开泉腊味,橄榄菜,十八子刀具等是游客旅游购物最好的吸引物。

3.2广东发展旅游购物的策略
3.2.1打造广东品牌旅游商品的策略
名牌、品牌是优质商品的商标,广东因其独特的地理位置和天然的南方气候,生产很多具有本地特色的工艺品、纪念品、土特产品,具有浓郁的广东地方特色,反应了广东的文化风格、民族风格和地方风格。

进行以需求为导向的传统工艺与现代工艺结合的旅游产品,不断提升旅游商品质量和声誉,树立名牌和品牌旅游购物线路。

3.2.2旅游商品零售企业加强组织和营销创新
旅游企业要开拓思路,加强组织创新,发展连锁经营组织形式,并与生产厂商联合打造品牌企业。

不断加强旅游市场的发掘和培育,为旅游商品零售企业开拓新的发展空间。

(1)加强对客源市场的研究,进行市场细分和定位,区分不同群体进行有针对性的营销。

广东可开拓北方旅游资源市场和其他旅游资源发展城市的旅游资源市场;而国际客源市场方面主要是开发港澳台、新马泰以及美洲和欧洲市场。

(2)创新营销渠道。

除利用传统的电视、报纸、杂志等广告宣传途径外,还要充分利用现代信息网络,使游客获得更加准确、可靠的旅游信息,以满足游客对购物的需求。

此外,还要充分利用地域优势,利用各种节庆活动,如旅交会、广交会,深交会等,实现商旅互动。

(3)改进旅游购物环境。

购物环境是影响消费者购买行为的基础条件,它包括旅游商品的特色、质量、价格,销售者的服务态度和信誉、旅游购物商店的交通条件、总体构思特色、货架或柜台布置、客流路线设计、商品陈列以及店内照明、音响、色彩等。

通过对购物条件的改善,加强对旅游商品销售者和旅行社从业人员的培训,提高他们的职业水平和职业道德,为游客提供有地域特色的、货真价实的旅游商品,减少甚至杜绝假货、欺诈、强迫旅游者购物的行为发生。

3.2.3研究游客的购物心理
旅游商店要善于把握旅游者的不同消费心理,热情周到,仔细认真,注意观察购物者的心理变化与情绪变化,适时向旅游者宣传、推介,促成旅游购物活动的完成。

要做好旅游购
物引导服务工作,以热情、真诚的态度来帮助旅游者实现美好的购物体验。
