Introduction：Securities Investment is a professional and compulsory basic course for economic undergraduate students. The main contents of the course are: the concepts, types, functions and characteristics of securities; the structures and functions of security markets; the basic processes of securities issuance and securities transaction; the main analysis methods of securities investment. The course will enable the students to master the basic concepts and theories of securities investment, understand preliminary the structures and functions of security markets, develop the students' ability to analyze investment and write investment analysis reports, and help the students establish scientific investment ideas.
